i always buy this brand...but the last one i bought doesn't have the metal part you use to level off the spoon.
Great baking powder at a great price! I use this in all my baking. I even use it when making homemade pizza dough. I always get a great rise from it. I highly recommend this great value baking powder. As soon as I run low I'll be back for more!
this is the best price for this product anywhere. I use a lot of this not just for baking but I also use it when I want to fry fish and I want it to be crispy. I add a quarter cup of this to one cup of flour and a quarter cup of cornstarch. season your fish and then Pat it dry and add 8 to 10 oz of club soda to the flower mix . mix it really well and then drop your fish pieces to be completely covered in this batter. Fry at 350 for three or four minutes. nothing gives you better results.
Excellent baking powder at a great Walmart price. I have been baking my own bread/rolls for several years now. I used to use yeast, but it just take to long to knead, rise, knead, rise. This baking powder let's me mix my ingredients and pop 'em in the oven.

This stuff is garbage!! It's not good for someone with celiac disease because this stuff contains wheat!! Why does baking powder need to contain wheat? For real!! I used this and got very sick!!! The rest of the container went in the trash! I can't believe they would put WHEAT in baking powder! Are you seriously kidding me?! I would love to know what the reason is for that because I don't think it's necessary to put WHEAT in along powder. That's just wrong! There NEEDS to be a label on it that says CONTAINS WHEAT!! People are going to keep getting sick from this if they have celiac and that's not cool! I got sick and quickly realized this crap is why! I'm NOT happy about it because I NEED EVERYTHING GLUTEN FREE!!

Bought 5 of these and 3 were damaged. What's odd is that it's only the tin foiled underneath the lid that had holes in it, there was no damage to the lid or the cans themselves.
this item was marked as picked up by myself, but it wasn't my order when i got home with the groceries.
