Great carb food source, ratio of carb-to-sugar is 5:1, one bread per half cup serving. Great kick start for the first meal of the day. Only fat coming from the milk. The taste is slightly sweet from the grain not from the sugar. Good crunch, and pleasant flavor.
A Great Multi-Grain cereal and a Good Value. Anytime I see a 4 grain cereal, I have to taste it, in hopes that it might come close to the now Legendary Nabisco Team Flakes. It has probably been 20 to 30 years since I had a taste of the good ol' Team Flakes, but my taste buds would recognize them in and instant and these are not them but they're still worth trying. And hey, they're Multigrain.
