I love black olives plus they help to keep regular. Have noticed for some time now the taste is terrible, they don't even taste like olives. This week when I went to store I bought a different brand. Price was not bad .
Take pitted jumbo black olives or queen green olives, drain them, put them in a single layer in a bowl and sprinkle True Lemon Powder all over each of them. I use 5 or 6 individual packets of True Lemon Powder to sprinkle over one can of pitted drained olives. They are so delicious I can eat one entire can with a sandwich instead of dill pickles.
My family loves Great Value Jumbo Pitted Black Olives. My Grandchildren put them on their fingers and then eat them. It is great for cooking, pizza, pasta dishes and many others dishes.
I was nervious about purchasing a off label product but I was pleasantly surprised with this product. It was everything I expected. Would buy again and would also recommend it to other people. In fact I already have bought it for my daughter who loved them also.
Okay I have been buying these great value black olives for year's. Not no more. Something has changed the juice they sit in I do t know but not just one can. All including whole and sliced. These almost taste like now they are soaked in some sort of solution that taste like alcohol. Bought Lindsey's now amd they taste normal like they use to! Ruined a mexican cassarole and Salads I had made..Serious so bad had to toss the meals out..What haappen????
Olives were very mushy and not tasty. Great value must be doing something different with their packing process because other Great value products that I've bought lately are of lesser quality than usual as well.
Ordered 4 times and haven't received any olives.
These were spoiled and I took a bite and chewed on it before I realized it. Then when I looked at the can I noticed that it looked old and bad even though the product was not expired. Luckily I did not get sick.
Everything was smashed Walmart HATES its customers apparently that order canned items. They sent my order loose in a large box everything was ruined from being slung around. Ive never felt so awful in my life for needing to order canned items because of a surgery I couldnt drive or I would have and where I live I do not get grub hub or any other fast food delivery and even if I did I couldnt eat that awful stuff anyway. Ive never felt more terrible as a human for needing a service and being treated so awful
Did not get in this order They are needed for Christmas Dinner in3 days.
