I have only used it to make hot mustard for egg rolls so far.
An excellent product great in a variety of recipes.

I use cumin a lot in my cooking, and this brand has authentic cumin smells and taste unlike other brands. Plus it's organic and the price is unbeatable.
haven't used yet but good price great value for organic spices, IMHO.
Not spicy at all, with a strange floral taste. In no way compares to Coleman's. This was the only mustard powder I could find among the three supermarkets in our town, and I'm usually happy with Walmart brands. I will go without before I ever buy this mustard powder again.
I was making a chicken dish I've made hundreds of times. I usually use Chinese mustard, but ran out and couldn't find any at three local markets. I subbed in this dry mustard and just kept adding it into my sauce with no change in flavor or heat. I added it in about 1/2 teaspoon at a time to about a 6 oz mixture of peach jam and wine for a total of at least 1 tablespoon by the time I gave up. The only thing change in flavor was a bit of bitterness. It was a fresh bottle that expires in 2022. There was also no scent when I sniffed the bottle. I wouldn't buy this again.
This was rancid. It was so bitter almost like wasabi instead of mustard
Arrived only half full and still sealed.
You would have to use the whole jar and make a paste and use just this to be able to taste it… I am eating it directly and cannot taste it… Bought it to use for meat seasoning Garbage Shopping online now for wasabi . Ruined my recipe.
