Love this car charging cord. Can't remember how many years ago we bought two for both driving and passenger sides. One finally stopped working:( The light on lighter end let's you know if power is reaching it to charge. Plus, the accordion like wire keeps the cord out of the way and you can easily reach the phone end for easy plug-in. As a bonus, I am able to hang my sun glass case on the cord which keeps them close by when needed. We use our cup holders for drinks and visor for other items. Tried a straight cord in a pinch for trip and had extra cord getting in the way the entire trip. Would recommend you give this a try. Reasonably priced.
This is the second charger of this same model. I had one already which my wife tried to "steal" from me all the time. It charges our iPhones in record time. Very handy to have in the car in these days we have the phone GPS on most of the time.
I have bought a cheap car charger that wasn't a Griffin for my iPhone last year and it's not working anymore. I have had the Griffin for 2 weeks and no problems. It charges my phone fast and no problems. I suggest this product to anyone that needs a great car charger.
