I love it. It cools my whole living room, kitchen and bedroom. I actually had to turn it off because it got too cold. The next time I turned it on I made sure I adjusted the temp. setting to my comfort. It is great. I would buy another one and anyone who asks me I definitely recommend this ac. It is so easy to set up. Because it is on wheels it is very easy to move. And it heats too. That will come in handy this winter.
The AC works great. We use it to cool down our bedroom at night and it is perfect. I would highly recommend purchasing this machine. It is easy to install and has a remote for convenience.

Clean filtered cold or hot air is the top point for this Portable Air Conditioner. This is the 2nd one we have bought for the house and love them. You can easily move this product around the rooms.
Pros: Good price; gives nice, cool air; easy to move around Cons: I am not a handy person and found connecting hose to the window assembly and the back of the AC extremely difficult and frustrating. I just couldn't connect the tube connectors to the hose despite watching several youtube videos and going through the directions. The connectors just wouldn't go around the hose on both ends. As a result, although I liked the unit and wanted to keep it, i ending up returning it. Otherwise I feel, this is a good unit if you know how to connect the hose to the window and AC. Thanks
I’ve been using this product for 6 months now the heat works great for my master bed room cheaper than my electric baseboard the water did fill up very very quickly my solution was to raise the entire unit and it drains into a bucket in the back if you do not want to do this do not by if you don’t mind a make shift set up the get it
I love the fact I can program it to turn on before I get home so I can come home to a nice cold room! I love the air sweep so it's not just blowing in one place all the time. I think I made a GREAT purchase!
For the most part it works. Haven't really tried any other settings yet other than the ac. However, I didn't get the heater to blow. But I only spent maybe bout 5min on doing so. But so far the AC works. It arrived on its side so like anything that contains refrigerant or Freon, stand item up for 24hrs. I let my unit stay up for 48hrs before plugging it in.
This product is misleading and overpriced. The item you receive for the price listed is a refurbished product. There is nothing in the title or the product description that tells you this. The only place it is listed is on the box when the product arrives at your house. Wal-Mart customer service is unavailable. I don't believe I should have had to pay full price for a refurbished item.
Unit lasted exactly one year and the compressor stopped working. Warranty was no longer valid. Unit is in my closet and still looks brand new, compressor just doesn’t produce cool air. I smelled a weird smell while it was on (refrigerant leaking out) and it soon after stopped blowing cool air.
