I have really noticed a change in my skin using this product. I was beginning to worry about my skin starting to get thin and looking very fragile. I have been using this supplement for several months and have truly noticed how much better my skin is looking and feeling. #sweepstakes
My nails have always been weak and I finally decided to check into what was available for stronger nails. My nails are stronger, longer and the ridges are not as noticeably so I'm very satisfied with the product.
I have been taking Hair Skin&Nails for several years now. Before taking this formula my nails were weak, brittle and cracked vertically. Since taking, I do not have this problem anymore. Nails are strong grow quickly and seldom break .. they do not crack anymore.
I have had so much difficulty strengthening my nails so they wouldn't continue to split (especially one thumb). I am searching for the right vitamins, minerals, (or whatever is needed) to help. So far I have taken these for a month. I'm sure it takes longer for the nails to grow. However, the area around my nails no longer look ragged and dry. I am feeling good about the future results.
For years I have fought my nails that are weak and splitting. I have tried MANY supplements to no avail. But...finally I've found something that works. I have taken these for a little over a month and am so thrilled to find that when the split nails have grown enough to trim the split I have nails that are normal!! I also am seeing a smoother skin on my face. Love this!
My hair had been falling out a lot more than usual. After about a month taking this my hair is not falling out as much.
It's took a couple of months, but it has finally begun to work !
I am on second month of this regime. First month I took full four pills. This second month I am taking daily three pills. They are large and a bit difficult to swallow. I will purchase and continue another month. I did not notice much improvement on the fingernails.
I've been taking this supplement for about a year with no noticeable changes to my hair, which was my primary reason for purchasing. My nails certainly were strengthened using this formula. However I recently ran out and decided to not repurchase, and ever since I have been experiencing a lot of hair loss -- leading me to believe it was working better than I realized!
Taking it for 2 months and have not seen any benefits to hair skin or nail strength
