I was told by my friend that this product that I could buy at Walmart was great for curly hair. I have struggled to find a great product for my hair but didn't break the bank. Its $8 per product. Deva Curl is about $20 to $40 per bottle? I love this product it's so easy to put on dry or wet hair. I love to add it to my hair when it's wet to keep the curl or to give it moisture the next morning. DevaCurl has been great throughout the years but recently it been making my lose my hair and gets so weighed down by the product. I would recommend this to anyone with curly hair!! I do find it odd that recently I went to pick it up and it was on clearence but not the shampoo.
The Hairitage To The Max Maximum Hold Styling Gel exceeded my expectations. I used this product and was surprised by how light it felt on my hair. My long hair is naturally curly but also frizzes out of control. This product made my hair shiny and controls the frizz. I highly recommend this wonderful product to everyone. I am not much of a styling product person....but when I received it and gave it a try....I am overwhelmed with it. I have those baby hair around the front hairline and no matter what I do, they will always stand and make me conscious. I tired the Hairitage Styling Gel and first of all it did aligned those hair along the brushing direction. One more thing I love is does not my hair style that super wet and sticky look which I almost always get whenever i tried one. Again it smells great and the smell lingers for a small time....
I have extremely dry frizzy naturally curly hair so all my life been buying products always looking for something to help me with the frizz and the brutal dryness of my hair but nothing ever really seems to work especially living in New Jersey humidity just makes it even horrible and nothing teams it well but I have to say I did enjoy using this and had my hair curly on a rainy day to see if it would go frizzy and it didn't it does work very well I enjoyed using the product
The product is very thick which makes it ideal to deep condition your hair, this is my favorite consistency in a deep treatment. My hair was manageable and soft and with a beautiful shine. I could even detangle with it. I love the scent as well and all the great ingredients. My hair is shiny and manageable.
This whole hair line has the most AMAZING smell! I tried the Hairitage To The Max Maximum Hold Styling Gel. Unfortunately I could only give it 4 out of 5 stars because it just didn't give me enough hold. It did make my hair look and smell nice however. I just prefer a stronger hold. I recieved Hairitage Hair Gel for free in exchange for my fair and honest review from Home Tester Club.
The scent is absolutely amazing! I couldn't stop smelling my hands after I used the gel. I used the gel on dry hair as instructed and it really tamed my fly aways and frizz. The only reason for the 4 stars was because the product isn't as clean as it claims, it contains a lot of frangrance!
Not as much hold as I normally prefer but the price point is ok.
I received and tried Hairitage To The Max Maximum Hold Styling Gel from Home Tester Club. I have medium length wavy hair and the directions said it was best for short hair. I used this product on my wet hair even though the directions were for dry clean hair. The scent was a little too strong for me, hold wasn't a maximum hold like I was expecting. I tried this again on dry hair and again the hold was not firm.
I love the smell. I also love the packaging (the color included). But the gel isn't for kinky hair. I have 3C-4B hair and it barely held a thing. It may workout better for 2A-3B hair possibly. I wish it would've worked but I was left with barely any definition, no hold, and plenty of frizz. I tried it Alone, with oil, and with a leave in. The leave in combo worked the best but wasn't enough.
