Fast delivery, easy to assemble.
Not very difficult to assemble. Peeling off protective wrap actually took longer than assembly. Works great. Puts out a lot of heat. I got 2 for our patio.
It was pretty easy to put together. Heat panel works well. May be more direct heat with a heat shield.
Poorly built shaft assembles on an angle looks bad
There was a lengthy list of hardware contents in the manual which we're supposed to be in the box, but was not. Had bought this one because it was the only one available, cost $324, which was $124 more than had sold in September at the other box stores. So, since I paid so much more, I was not about to keep it and hunt down the hardware. Also, when I called the number in the manual, it said that line was no longer in use. Agrivating.
