This was one of my best purchases ever. the knives are well made and sharp. they cut through the wax and the hardness of turnip with such little work. I would buy this product again and I will be telling my friends about it.
These appear to be nice knives, at least they look good. Nice balance, can be run through the dishwasher. But that's where it ends. They don't keep an edge. You can't even put an edge on them. I've used sharpeners, stones, steels & ceramic. Very dull and seem to remain dull.
