Don't overlook the "good old tried & true". I NEVER thought my Grandson (turning 6), would want Tinkertoy's in todays world. He ASKED for them! I don't know who was happier, me giving or he getting. Don't be afraid to "walk down memory lane". If the child has even half of an imagination, they'll enjoy these just as much as we did!

Great classic toy for kids. I bought this for my 4 year old daughter and she loves building things with the pieces. She is forced to use her creativity and imagination as she goes along. These types of toys never go out of style!
Wow, a great educational toy for children. Lets their imagination run wild and helps with eye-hand co-ordination. This is great for boys and/or girls. I had a set along with my Lincoln Logs as a kid. Had hours of fun.
I loved my Tinker Toys when I was a kid. Couldn't wait to get them for my 4-year old granddaughter. They were as much fun as I remembered. She loved them and was building things right away. This set from Walmart.com was a great deal. The free ship-to-store was an added plus. Saved me over $7 in shipping and handling.
The Tinkertoys are very fun and also educational for Kids of all ages.
My husband and daughter enjoying playing with these together. At first the sticks were a little hard for her to put in the round spokes, but after a little use, this became easier. They absolutely love them.
My son loves tinker toys. He plays with them constantly and he is very creative with them. He has made "ships", guns, and bows.
