Only one I've found that has 45 SPF.
I have been using the HT lip balm for over 40 years, wouldn't use anything else. It's the first layer before lipstick and my night time lip cream. My niece who is now in her 40's can always tell when I've put it on, she likes the coconut smell. It always reminds me of vacations!! I don't think we get as much in a tube as we use to. But then not much is the way it use to be...HT is my preferred sun protections also! I use 45.
Expensive however good sun protection.
With a scent like Hawaiian Tropic's, I actually look forward to using sunscreen balm--like I know I should, but rarely ever did. Now at 48, I have visited my dermatologist several times to undo sun damage on my lips. Tell your young friends: It's never to early to start healthy habits--and use your sunscreen! I needed chapstick. This smells great and feels good. I might need to get more later.

This is a great product for summer and winter. I love the SPF 45 and the great Hawaiian Tropic scent. I work outside year round and need the protection from the sun and wind, so I get a supply during the summer to last an entire year.
This is a great product, however the reason for the 4 stars is I can find some others that are as good but not as costly.
I am in the sun alot in the summer and my lips it burn and it helps alot.
I bought this last week for the pool and my lips are now in terrible shape. Applied several times during the day and end result my lips are now full of sores and bleeding
