The 3 pound bag is a timesaver and a money saver I would recommend.. I ordered two bags so I no longer have to run to the stores, it's an excellent product. I use it in all my baking and cooking.
I heard of this product among others and tried most of them over the years. This time I got "The Winner". No aftertaste! Sweetens as advertized! Price is right! Goes with my Keto Diet and my weight is still dropping steadily.
I have used this sweetener for over a year now and really like it. It is priced more affordably than some of the other Erythritol products and it works well in my sweetener blend recipe.
I'm very happy with the price of this product compared to other retailers. I ordered on-line to pick up in the store. The guaranteed two day delivery was not met and Customer Service promptly sent me a $5 e-card. Thank you. It's easy to order on line and no problems to pick up at the local store for free shipping.
I use my magic bullet and with the flat blade add about a half a cup erythritol and blend for about 30 seconds. It turns the granules into powder. It works like Swerve but cheaper. Great for baking, smoothies, on fresh fruit.
Xylital is my sweetener of choice but this has less of a laxative effect so I though I would give it a try. Tastes great, bakes well, and it does have less of an effect. I will continue to use it. Great price.

This is a good product. I didn't rate it 5 stars because you have to use a lot more of it to get the same sweetness as other sugar substitutes. It looks, feels and tastes like sugar with no aftertaste.
Whole Earth was sweeter tasting. I blend this to achieve a fine powder. I use this product to make homemade protein bars which are healthier than commercial types because they contain psyllium for fiber.
