This product was recommended to me by my trainer to get a more accurate calorie count and track my exercise. While it took a little studying of the manual, it has been useful in monitoring my progress in heart rate, calories and length of exercise. I'm actually enjoying using it and "competing" for my personal bests each visit. That it's coded to my monitor is a plus--several other people in the gym are wearing monitors as well. It's also useful in tracking heart rate and calorie count as I work the the weight machines and free weights--and a far more accurate count than the monitors on the ellipticals and treadmills. Worth the $'s spent if your serious about your workout.
This is the second F11 that I've bought, and probably the fourth or fifth Polar heart monitor. The features just keep getting better. The fitness test is great. The new chest strap is much better than previous versions and easier to get apart. I highly recommend this!
This watch provides me with the neccessary information to make sure that I am working out properly. I love it. It make me commit to working out on days that I really don't care to. I am excited that someone recommended it to me because it really helps me stay focused.
I love the features on this. I now know how many calories I burn when I do my workouts and no longer have to guess.
