Always good to have Heet on hand in the winter for snow removal equipment and in the summer for mowing equipment. Will be buying more soon.
I have been using Heat since I got my first car ❤️!! I still use it in my 1985 Ford Escort 4 door hatchback today 2023 👍🏻😊!! Great product, brand and price after all these years 👍🏻👍🏻!!! I recommend it!! Thank you!! Constance.
Really needed it this winter, removed the moisture from gas . We keep it around all year long.
We use this when it's going to get really cold, and even with the polar plunge the gas didn't freeze up in our cars.
Good price for a handy item when camping. HEET is great for using in cook stoves. Clean burning with very little soot/smoke build up.
I use it for my alcohol stove
Works well at cleaning the fuel system and keeping any condensation out. Don't use too often though it will dry out and rubber gaskets or seals in your fuel system.
With ethanol being in our gas, it's always a good thing to put a little heat in the winter to keep the injectors from freezing up. When it gets to be below zero To keep the water out from the corn
I live in sunny SoCal and have no use for gas line antifreeze, but I do need fuel for my alcohol camp stoves. Denatured alcohol (mixed ethanol and methanol) is the recommended first choice, but California law makes it difficult to find given only a few places carry it. Ethanol is almost non-toxic, but it burns sooty and is also hard to find and somewhat expensive in California. HEET in the yellow bottle is almost 100% methanol with trace (0.0016%) proprietary ingredients. The flame you get is free of soot and almost as hot as denatured alcohol. HEET can be found anywhere in California and it's cheap. The only downside is that it is about twice as toxic as most denatured alcohols made for stoves, so you have to be a little more careful in handling it and breathing the fumes. I'm just hoping California doesn't ban this useful chemical.
Good brand and advertising. Highly recommended Heet in the winter time especially when the temperatures drop in the negative.
