I love this curling iron!!! I have thick hard to curl hair. Smooth and doesn't pull your hair out. Too bad this product is no longer available.
This product is awful!!!!! This is now the THIRD time in 6 months that I am going to have return this curling iron for the EXACT same issues. 1) It won't stay on once you open the curling iron to put your hair in it. It shuts off and even when you turn it right back on , it does it again. AND AGAIN AND AGAIN. 2) It won't heat up AT ALL. It just stops. One day you use it and it's fine, the next time it's toast. A totally worthless appliance. Here's the biggest problem that I need to identify, I do not work so I do not use this product everyday as most people would and as I did with my curling irons when I was in the workplace. I am disabled and MIGHT use this product twice a week and then ONLY to curl my ends. This last curling iron was purchased no more than 2 months ago so the MAXIMUM USAGE ON IT WAS 16 TIMES. Is that acceptable to anyone? I have had curling irons that were used for YEARS before I had to replace them. So I urge you strongly not to buy this product. DON"T be tempted by the price or the features, it will not be worth it when one morning you go to get ready for work and you have no curling iron. It's not much fun going to a proffessional job in a ponytail.
The only thing this curling iron did was pull my hair and break it. I have been using a Con Air ceramic curling iron for years and bought this because of the 'heated flipper' thinking that it was genius. I used it once and it was such a painful experience I put it back in the box to return it and went back to my old Con Air.
This is the worst curling iron I have ever owned. The hair falls out so you have to re-curl the piece at least 2 times, the curl doesn't stay in, and it keeps turning off so I have to keep turning it back on.
