When I take my walks mostly, helps with my posture and to keep my spine straight. Helps with minor aches and pains. Really works, best I ever had...I have a copper infused one. But this one works much better it actually holds my shoulders back, cuz it has a strap that comes around the bottom. It's super easy & quit to put on. I highly recommend this, It does what it said, very Happy with product!

My husband bought this for me because I keep getting more and more bent over. I suffer from Occipital Neuralgia and I forget to do my exercises. I wear this every other day or for a few hours at a time. It does help me to remember to straighten up. It is quite strong and I have very sensitive skin and when the weather cools down I will wear it more often. I would recommend this and if you slouch even a little it will help straighten you up.
I am waiting for paperwork to return the support vest for a larger size as well as a military jean jacket I ordered separately! As soon as I received the paperwork I can get the larger size vest and let you know how I like it! Anything you can do to rush this paperWork would be greatly appreciated!

It helps me stand up straight but it cuts into my arm pits.
Very hard to get on by yourself. Straps cut into armpits. Not made well. Still found myself slumping. I sent back as I did not think this product lives up to expectations.
Very uncomfortable, in order for it to work the way it should it has to be pulled so tight that it rubs your skin raw under your arms. I tried wearing it both ways , under my clothes and over my clothes but it still rubs my skin raw . Sorry I bought it, but live and learn I guess . Shame you can't " Try Before You Buy " .
Said one size fits all, but when it arrived the product says small-medium. No size options were given.
I am 5'10" and ordered lg/ x-lg, it may be great for someone 5-5 or 5-6 as it just came to the bottom of my rib cage regardless of the pictures in the catalogs. I sent it back for a refund.
