Beautiful picture and great performance.

Ordered and received in a week via freight. showed up in great shape and the box was easy to manipulate and open and get the TV out. Has an absolutely wonderful picture and I am very pleased with it. I'm surprised at how fast the Android operating system is on the TV I was kind of bummed it didn't come as a Roku but now I don't care because it's very responsive and all the apps work really well and all the apps that I want are available. very pleased with the TV

Very good customer service. They keep your payment information safe. You can purchase apps directly through the movie brand app, (NetFlix, VUDU, HULU, HBO, STARZ, etc. Or you can just purchase any brand app of your choice using the link provided on your Roku Tv.. That is for the purchase of the monthly subscription(s) of the brand such as "Netflix" or "STARZ" directly through the subscription update platform on the Roku Tv device. That you can watch for 30 days following your low payment, sometimes $3 or $4 a month per brand. That you can watch across many different devices including other Smart tvs, or computers, or tablets, or Androids and (Apple)iPhones. So long as you register a member account on the particular brand's website or have their app downloaded on your selective device such as your mobile phone,I.e. (Apple)iPhone or Android). Or you can just contact their customer service department and they will pretty much help you with anything. Whatever the issue is. They're split into two different extensions option one is the Sales Dept and option two is the extension to the Technical Service Dept. Rokju Tv will provide you with thousands of free channels , help with linking your other devices or apps to the Roku Tv and add or cancel a subscription. Roku Tv DO NOT OFFER the INTERNET, or wireless or Ethernet or phone line or cell phone or WIFI. ROKU tv, Inc. do not offer any Internet services. This is a separate entity. But your Roku app will not work on your Roku tv without a connected Internet service. Your cell phone Hotspot is most likely Not Strength enough to maintain a primary internet connection to your Roku Tv or Roku device. Cons: Android system on this tv is terrible, not strong enough to give you full HD, picture quality is terrible, faded, fuzzy at times, black pixels look grey and the list goes on. If using their included apps such as NETFLIX, PRIME etc, the picture size feature will not work...it goes into size Wide and cannot be changed so you stuck watching all movies with those annoying black bars at top and bottom Pros: I gave it 3 stars because the issues I mentioned above were quickly fix by enabling the android feature on the tv and using a different streaming device thru HDMI input...I went with the ROKU Premium(99.00 dollars) set it up to 4k/ dolby custom and was finally able to enjoy all 85 inches of this tv with a perfect picture quality and all functioning options... I wouldnt buy it again, instead save an extra 300 dollars and invest on the 86 in LG, I have that one too and it was def worth the money

Looks great at first, but will be a brick in under

Our TV is under two years old. The size seems great once it's hung in place but after such a short amount of time, it needs to come down and essentially be junked. There is no support. Google Hisense TV's and all of the issues people have are basically are they are the same—and Hisense is well aware. They do not care. Freezing, shutting off on its own, telling us to uninstall and removing programs even though there's space. And here's the best part…Hisense TVs reset via the remote so if the tv is messed up it won't reset. It shuts off and zero progress is made. I have an 85 inch bricked tv on my wall.

Garbage - Hisense TV - Will not last

Bought this tv in March of 2021. Tv died in October 2022. The manufacturer refuses to fix or replace tv. I paid $1800 for the tv. I'm a single disabled female and have reached out to the manufacturer customer service. They have responded to me in text only- stating that the warranty expires after a year. Please do not buy this brand - Hisense. Their products is no good. Only lasts for a short time. I'm unemployed and now sit in the house all day without a tv. It took me a year to Save to buy this tv. Now I have to pay someone to get it out to the garbage. DO NOT BUY
