He did a decent job with the surround system .
The Tech called early in the morning to check my availability. Therefore, he was able to come out earlier than the scheduled time. He was pleasant. He answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable about the equipment/TV even though it was not the newer mode, Overall, my FIRST experience with HELLOTECH was everything I expected and more.
Mike was very courteous and considerate. He wore his face mask for the entire visit. He seemed very knowledgeable about setting up home theater. However, he encountered a problem with our system because the new A/V receiver is not compatible with our existing speakers, so he was unable to complete the job. Not his fault. I will need to buy speakers that are compatible with a 7.1 receiver before the work can be completed.
HI there, Anthony was just fantastic. I am filling this out again because at the end of his visit he took my phone number and told me he would contact me later in the week to make sure the wifi was still connecting and help if I have any issues putting together part of my tv system I still have to order parts for, he said he would walk me through it. I am not sure but I think in my fast survey taking I said he gave me contact info but he def did not. Thank you! Sophie
Brian was really, really, really excellent. We are 150% satisfied with Brian's customer service. He came prepared with all the right tools and equipment; he was super friendly and knowledgeable; and he did a fantastic job overall with the services we ordered. We are totally impressed with Brian and HelloTech. We will definitely use the service again and will definitely recommend HelloTech and Brian to others.
Abraham was excellent. He called prior to the appointment to find out what system I had and where it was located. The appointment was thorough. He explained everything about the new system and even provided me some tips for an even better viewing and listening experience.
Yes, very. Not only did he get my Home Theater system all set up, he listened and helped me with all instructions to operate it to my satisfaction. PLUS he took note of another issue I had (inconvenient placement of my thermostat) and took five minutes to help me get an app that could control it without having to physically move it! GREAT kindness!
David was very knowledgeable and provided the services that we thought we needed. (connect a stereo receiver, speakers, bluray DVD and CD player to a TV. We followed thru his instructions on how to access the Radio (via Stereo receiver, use multi-CD player and hear TV sound via stereo speakers). We realized after he left that we did not ask him to show us how the DVD system would work with the new setup.
Joshua was friendly and knowledgeable. We did accomplish what we wanted. There was one issue. He had horrible body odor. We had a hard time having a conversation with him at first. We had to burn a candle when he left to remove the stench. He was a very nice guy.
Tom did a good job, but the work was not completed. We had a 2-part job, paying extra for installing a second blu-ray player. He never got to that and he couldn't complete the first installation because equipment was missing. We need him to come back to finish the job right after July 13.
