I wholeheartedly agree with the previous reviewer, whose review of this bargain leather chair hit all the right points. My only concern is that he may not be aware of this incredible chair's fully fab (if covert)functionality. Having read the gentleman's review prior to making my purchase, I was resigned to the "fact" that the chair (allegedly) did not recline (or "rock," to employ the vernacular). But then I read the manual. Wow! The chair really does rock, man! It rocks like crazy! Here's the ticket. Once you have completed the chair assembly, make certain that the rocking/reclining tension knob (the large, black, central knob below the seat) is fully "unwound." Then, reach underneath the right side of the chair and locate the height adjustment arm. With the seat upright, pull the arm straight out. This releases the chair from its upright "locked" position. Now you can rock to your heart's content. At the price, this chair is a bargain. But not only that, with the proper adjustments, it really does rock!
I bought the first chair a couple of months ago for my home office. One day I needed an additional chair in the dining area so I wheeled it to the dining /conference table. It has remained there ever since. I bought three more and now I have a matched set. They are comfortable enough to sit around the table during lengthy business meetings or just chatting with friends after a meal. They are well constructed, comfortable, and attractive. The assembly was easy using the clear instructions and tools that were included. There were even extra screws.
I bought this for my husband for Christmas and was expecting it to be on the "cheap" side because of the price. I was very pleased that it was easy to assemble, is very comfortable and looks great in our den. The chair is very comparable to others I've seen in much higher price ranges. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.
This is a comfortable, beautiful chair. The price is very reasonable, as this chair could easily be over $100. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new office chair. The only thing that could be changed on this chair is to raise the back. Other than that, this is a GREAT chair!
This is mt first experience buying online from wallyworld. I am so stoked about this chair!! First of all I actually got it one day before the actual arrival date!! woohoo! and then the price was awesome as well as ease in putting it together, It truly is everything they say it is and more. It is a wonderful compliment to my new home office!
I am an assistant manager at a Walmart store and although we do not sell this chair in stores somehow one ended up assembled in our office. I say 'our' office because I share space and furnishings with 11 other managers. We have had the chair for several months now and it is holding up beautifully. 12 people, all different shapes, sizes and dimensions and not one complaint have I heard about the chair, it's comfort, or durability. The faux leather is holding up without damage or wear and the seat retains it's cushion even after constant use. It is roomy enough for me to pop my shoes off and sit cross legged while at the computer or doing paper work. I liked the chair so much I'm waiting until they are back in stock to order one for my fiancé's home computer.
You cannot beat this chair for the price. It looks great and is extremely comfortable. The seat is a little smaller than my last chair, so if you are looking for...umm...extra roomy in the rear, lol, this is not for you. After a couple of days it felt like an old friend, and it took about a week for the reclining action to lose its stiffness. This chair seems sturdy, and I believe it will have a long lifespan. No creaking bolts or anything like that and it glides across the carpet. I would not only recomend this chair, I would look to purchase it again for myself in the future. This is a really nice office chair, the leather is good quality ( I fed it with the same leather care product I use on my automobile seats and it softened up nicely). Delivery was quick (home) assembly was not as difficult as it could have been (assembled it while talking to my son on the telephone ). Great Value and a manufacturers warrantee that means it.
I HAD A PROBLEM ASSEMBLING THE CHAIR....I SENT WAL MART A EMAIL AND THE OFFERED TO SEND ME A NEW ONE..TERRIFIC AND SURPRIZING SERVICE. I RATE THE CHAIR GOOD, SERVICE AAAA++++
I purchased your executive chair about a month ago. It was easy to assemble, had all the necessary parts and screws( a plus) and has a more expensive look to it. I have found it to be very comfortable while sitting at my computer for hours on end, the only thing that I could possiably wish for would be a rocker function. For the money I would recommend this chair to anyone that sits for two to four hours at a time surfing the web.
