Worked very well with my back problems. Only wish that the heat worked with the vibrate feature, the heat only works with the shiatsu feature. All 3 features work together very well. Still a great value and helps with back.
I am very pleased with this product. I use it every time I get the slightest back muscle cramp, so now, instead of having to lie down, I just use the massager and I am up and running.

I purchased the shiatsu massager as a gift for my boyfriend's 44th birthday. He's a med student so I knew he could use a good chair massager for all those hours spent sitting in the study room. At first, I was a little shocked by the price, but figured if it didn't "hurt" him, then I would bring it back because a shiatsu massage is supposed to pack a punch. Sure enough, the gift was a hit in more ways than one. He, my grandfather, and I all took turns swapping the massager out. It works so well, and is not your typical vibrating massager. With the deep, kneading motion of the balls, we hardly even turn the vibration on. It also heats up fast which is a big plus! By all means, this is the best chair massager I've ever bought. Well worth the price. And we love the tote bag that comes with it! easy to tote around. You would probably pay this price for a massage at the spa, but with this massager, you can use it everyday!
This is a great product the heat feature heats up really fast. The only problem I have with it that you can't leave it on a specific part of your body. A great value for the price.
This is a great massager and heats up fast but if you want to use it in an office, it's very loud. It makes enough noise for people to stop by and see what's going on. Other than that, great stuff.
I enjoyed the vibrating feature but found the rotating massage to be uncomfortable, especially on my middle back. Even though I am a short person, the upper back massage did not go high enough to do a satisfactory job on my shoulders. The heat feature was not warm enough to be effective.
this product works pretty well. it has a lot of good features. it's worth the price.
I purchased the HoMedics Shiatsu Massage Cushion with heat. I am 6' tall and now weigh 158 pounds and the rollers seemed to be way too hard on my lower back. I saw where someone recommended to apply light pressure and that would probably work. I am using in a recliner and at the dialysis center where I cannot help but apply heavy pressure. It hurts!
I brought this home (paid 100$) for it. I was really excited to take it out and use it. It was very well packaged, very neat, looked very nice to use. I used it for about 1/2 hour, the lower back felt great, and the upper back felt great, but the middle of my back, it kind of hurt. The heat and vibration were nice additions. I would probably recommend this product to someone, but I mean, its not for everyone. After I used it for about 1/2 hour, I stood up, and my back was very tense, and hurt worse than before. I went to sleep, woke up still in pain. I have an office job, I sit a lot, and its been aching more today than it has in months. Defensibly a try before you buy product. I will be returning mine, because I mean, I kind of like it, but whats the point if your back is going to hurt worse than it did before. Plus 100$ is a bit pricey for what it is.
