Received my HoMedics Vibration Foot Massager with Heat a few weeks ago now and let me just say this after a long day on your feet this Massager is your answer. This Vibrating Foot Massager comes with the following futures: 1.) Invigoration Vibration Massage (For your Feet), 2.) Rolling Arch Massage (For your Arches), 3.) Soothing Heat ( For a very Relaxing Massage), 4.) Massage Nodes (Provides multi-point relaxing sensations) and 5.) Toe Touch Control (To Activate Massage and Heat). It is Noted in the instruction booklet Not to use this Massager for more than 20 minutes at a time. I used this Massager after on my feet all day on Labor Day while BBQ and I didn't want to turn it off but the time I spent using it made me sleep very well that night. This would be prefect for those are their feet all day either at work, construction, sports or just to pamper yourself instead of paying the big bucks to someone to use their machine, you can get this Massager with Vibration and Heat and relax in the comfort of your own home. With this said you can't go wrong this little relaxing Massage Machine.
This is the best thing to be invented for a nursing student or anyone who stands for long periods of time. After a long day, you just have to plug it in, and relax your feet. I absolutely love this machine. I let my son try it out for a bit and he loved it as well. If I could recommend one thing, it would be this for those who walk or stand a lot. It even heats up your feet for a more comfortable feel. This is easy to clean and easy to put away as well.
When I requested this HoMedics foot massager from the Sparks review team, I couldn't wait for it to arrive. I am on my feet a lot at my work and by the time I get home, my feet, ankles, arches all ache. So I was thrilled when the massager with heat arrived. First off, let me say when I took it out of the box, I was impressed just by its looks. It is a dark color, low profile, which is very nice for just sliding the unit out of the way when not in use, and it just has a nice design. So easy to use, one touch with your toes, once to turn it on, once again to turn on the heat. It Is recommended that you wear socks when using this device. I live in FL and socks in my house are a rarity so I prefer to use it with bare feet. I am using it now as I sit at my desk and typing this review. Use bare foot at your own discretion. So far I have had no issues. I don't know why scent was listed above, I noticed no scent at all. The first time I tried this, I used it for only 5 minutes just to try it out. If you are expecting a shiatsu result, this massager will disappoint. It vibrates and has several different pressure points as well as a rolling ball massager which feels wonderful on the arches. 20 minutes is the recommended maximum time for each use. After only 5 minutes, I wasn't sure if I'd notice a difference and was pleasantly surprised to feel a tingly yet relaxed feeling in my feet. I have used it sitting in a recliner watching TV and as I mentioned before, am using it while sitting at my desk. Easily slips under the sofa or desk when not in use. I love this, would highly recommend..... Update: Just finished a full 20 minutes, feet feel Wonderful!!
I used my mother's while visiting her for a week, and had to get one for myself! The massage is light, and the roller ball allows me to address every part of my foot at my convenience!
I wasn't sure if my husband would like or use this gift. However his feet hurt him daily. He has used it everyday since I've given it to him. He loves the heat and vibrations on his tired feet.
I bought this for my fiance for Christmas because he's on his feet all the time at work. He also has a couple screws in his foot from an accident. He said he really likes it after a long day! I think he'd like it more if it had more heat/ larger heated surface.
Chiropractor provided initail machine, it broke after three weeks, Replaced it and it broke after two weeks, Third one is working fine. Purchased fourth one for travel home onother coast to avoid shipping. It is working fine. Maybe i just got two bad ones.
Except for the fact that it is all plastic it is pretty good
Its not to bad for a hard plastic item to massage your feet. You do have to wear socks when you use it. I wore a thin pair so that I would be able to see if I could feel the heat that it is suppose to do. I think that I did feel something in the way of heat, but I am not sure about it. If it did warm it was not very much that it did. The massage part of it works really well. The intensity of the massage is not able to be adjusted. But the amount of the intensity that it has is very nice. With it being made out of hard plastic and the fact that you have to wear socks when you do it, it makes it easier to move your foot around on the massager so that you can get it at just the right spot. It has a rolling arch massage and massage nodes that feel really good on tired feet. You can only use them on one foot at a time. But that works good. One thing that is really nice is that it has Toe Touch Control for turning it on, off, and heat. That makes it so much easier than having to reach down when you want to turn on/off or use the heat. It comes in a sturdy box with a handle that makes it make a very good place to store it. With the handle on the box it is easy to carry to where ever you want to use it.
It took me a while to write this review; I had to get a replacement product because the first one didn't work. It's called a 'vibration foot massager with heat', but I wouldn't really say that it massages. It does vibrate, and there are sections on both sides that heat, with a roller in the center that has bumps you can run your foot across for a certain amount of massage, also a small area that doesn't move you can rub your foot against. My problem with it is that there are no controls to adjust the heat or vibration, and it just doesn't seem to do that much. I don't know if I would recommend it or not; it would depend upon what someone wanted. I don't think I would buy one.
