As long as you follow the directions, according to the pounds, it should work it worked for my cat. It puts him out like a light lol.

I got this as advised by my vet. My cat had a severe uti and it was determined to have been stress related. Although he hasnt had another uti, i cant for sure say it was the drops. I havent seen any adverse reactions in my 3 cats so I will continue to use in their water bowl.
