Received original order, scratched really badly. Called and they sent another no charge. 2nd one wasn't as bad as the 1st but still had scuff marks all over the area you need to see out of. Customer service was very good. Told them I didn't want another one, that I would be buying elsewhere. They refunded my purchase. They have an issue with material handling on this product. No there is no protective film to peel off...
