This is THEE best fan I have ever purchased. It ciculates the air very well, even in my very large great room. It also takes odors out of the air. I didnt thik I would use the remote but I wake up in the middle of the night too hot or too cold and with the push of a button you can control the temperature without getting out of bed. It even has a built in flashlight. I am going to buy another one!
I really like this fan although have only used it for 3 days. It's generating strong air flow. And it's not noisy at all when you turn off the breeze mode and just use the fan. I just had hard time adapting to the noise of breeze mode, it's like the fan is suddenly out of power and the power suddenly came on again. I LOVE the remote, it makes the Control much more easier even with LONG distance~
This fan was super fast to set up. I got one for my son and his wife as well and they love the way it helps cool their second floor apartment. It cools a substantial area and has a nice "breeze" setting besides the "oscillating" setting. All with remote control...and it's quiet! This fan went well beyond my expectations.
This fan works great. Cools well but most of all it seems to get rid of odors and dust. I suffer from sinus problems and this really seems to keep my head clear. The only complaint is that the base was dirty (like mud) on the inside when I received it.
I only have a window AC in my living room and needed something to move air and pull it into my bedroom. This does the job wonderfully. I got a ceiling fan from Walmart to pull air into the kitchen and this tower fan to pull it into the bedroom....and it's just what I needed. It circulates the air great and doesn't make noise. I previously had the pedestal fans doing this, but this fan takes up less space and looks better doing it. I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good fan to pull and circulate air....the filter in the back is a big bonus.
One exception: the fan base is somewhat small and fan leans somewhat on plush carpet. Other than that this is a good buy and cools down very good. We use these fans to assist our AC when the tripple digits come to town! Go buy it now, have a feeling this one will go fast!!
I purchased this fan to replace a box style fan which took up to much floor space in an area with heavy foot traffic. I chose not to use the pedestal (optional) for added stability. The fan is quiet and the features are useful for my purposes.
Great Fan! Sturdy, Quiet and Cools my 14ft x 18ft living room no problem. Love that is easy to clean and has a washable filter. Use the timer all the time so my fan does not make my home freezing by morning. I leave fan on when I go to bed and set timer for 4 hours to draw cool night air into home, but I don't want the fan to run all night because it gets cold in upstate New York around 4AM. My dogs love this fan also; on a hot summer day all 3 of them can be found 10-15 feet from fan sleeping. You get what you pay for, and Honeywell makes great fans. Did not notice fan came with breeze option, that is something I do not use when tower is turning, but it might be nice is fan is not turning and aimed right at you. Remote works very well also. Because this fan cools my home so well I hardly ever turn on the A.C.
The fan is fairly quiet but moves a lot a air. If rotates to move air in to three bedrooms and cools them all off. I like the cleanable air filter. The base is a little cheap but it hasn't tipped other yet.
Haven't had it very long, but am loving it so far. Really puts out a lot of air, which I love. It gets the room so cold I've had to turn it off, and that's on low (keep in mind temps are cooler this time of year). Love the remote and the HEPA filter, sharp looking. The only reason I give it 4 stars is the noise...it's not THAT loud, but everyone else talks about how quiet it is, but I have had similar products in the past much quieter than this one. However this one does put out more air than the others I've had so that's probably not a fair statement, so pick your battle...less air or more noise. Anyway, overall very satisfied.
