I bought 2 for my grandson a few years ago still working beautifully. I bought 1 for me about 6 months ago I love it. Air feels so fresh and clean. I just bought another for living room. I have COPD and I need one in Bedroom and living room. I have no complaints. I've had no problems with the 4 of them.
What a deal! Walmart offered a 2 pack for $284. Which is $142 per unit. Incredible price. I have been using Honeywell product for over 30 years. Their name is synonymous with quality products. This HEPA air purifier follows that tradition. Great product
This product is literally helping to extend the life of my family member who recently moved into a dilapidated stale aired motor home which now is being transformed into a safer living space with clean air for him to breathe.
Easy set up, just unscrew bottom plate, remove Hepa filter, roll packaged first filter on Hepa and velcro. Plug in and start on hi speed for several minutes then adjust to personal speed setting. Performs well, noticeably fresher room air.
THIS IS MY SECOND ONE LIKE THIS I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE THE SAME SIZE AS BEFORE THE OTHER ONE WAS BIG THIS IS BIGGER IT IS HARD TO FIND NOT SOLD OUT SO I FEEL LUCKY. YOU CAN VACUUM THE FILTER TO KEEP IT CLEAN. I'M OK WITH THE NOISE LEVEL AT MEDIUM NOT TO BAD REALLY. WELL WORTH THE MONEY IT SUCKS IN ALL THE SIDES AND BLOWS CLEAN OUT OUT THE TOP.
I've been wanting one of these for a couple of 3 years now but they were always more than I could afford well I got one for less than$200 plus I spent 6 on a 3-year warranty. I was hesitant at first because of the filters but I have stage 2 COPD and since I have hooked this Honeywell up in my living room my air quality has gone up dramatically it's eating a lot of the dust and smoke and pollen I'm very happy with my Honeywell and I would highly recommend it to anybody with breathing problems
This works really good, I don't get a stuffy nose at night anymore and my dog and I don't snore anymore. It leaves the room smelling like fresh air.
I ordered 2 for more square foot cleaning power.I received 1 and I think the other is on the way.It vibrates a little on low.The air puffs out instead of a smooth flow. It still works pretty good.Very powerful product. Large thick filters .I even ordered extra filters ,because in my opinion, the filters will need replacing. I recommend these over any other air cleaner because of the tru power and no b s air filters.
We already had an older version of this purifier and just bought this to supplement us during wildfire season, so I can compare the two and let you know what's changed: The old purifier both sucked air in and blew filtered air out from the sides, so it's conceivable that some air just recirculated over and over and never made it to the rest of the room/house. The new purifier pulls in from the sides but blows the cleaned air up, helping to circulate it better. The new purifier unscrews from the bottom to replace the filter, so you need to flip it upside-down to service it. The old one unscrewed from the top and then the unit would be picked up off of the filter/bottom plate. The new method is easier because the part that is removed is lighter, but it's possible to scuff the top of the unit if you aren't careful in choosing the surface you turn it onto. The old purifier had one knob on the front near the bottom of the unit, and no lights. The new unit has a knob on top with a blue light that comes on when it's filtering. It also has warning lights that look like they'll let you know when they want you to change the HEPA filter or pre-filter. Both have reset buttons however, so I suspect it's runtime-based rather than triggered by any sort of clogging sensor or something. I learned to use my foot to turn on the old purifier (it's on the floor), but if I didn't I would definitely prefer the knob being on top where it's easier to reach. I dislike any light in my bedroom while I sleep so we'll probably keep the old one in there and use the new one elsewhere in the house. I wish that there was an easy way to disable the lights, any might try opening it up to pull the wires manually. Otherwise I like this purifier better than the original. Sending the air straight up instead of out encourages better air circulation and it won't feel like a fan blowing on me when I walk past it. They both make the same amount of pure white noise while in use, take the same large HEPA filters, and I suspect that this one will last as long as the original has (15 years so far).
Sleep mode is extremely loud.
