This is a great machine... Have everything I want for room purifier and works great!
I have had this unit for 6 months and have it in a work area that has no windows. There has been a dramatic improvement in air quality and The dust levels have reduced significantly! I love this product and for the price it is worht every penny!
I've had this unit for about 6 months and I like it. The dust in west texas is awful and this helps in my bedroom. It's also nice white noise for sleeping.
The Owners Manual dose Not help Should recommend when to use each setting The manual will not indicate the on/off switch and it should indicate the size of the room recommended for this Air Purifier
Keep the box this comes in, because the outside of it provides more useful information than what's inside the owner's manual. Unbelievable. Manual doesn't identify the ON/OFF POWER BUTTON, or explain what function the Ion setting performs. [*]
Opened the box today. Among the poorest set of instructions I've seen yet. I note that this complaint was made on this forum two years. I also note that someone raised the same question I have - what is the function of the Ion button and when should it be used - and the response on this forum failed to address it. Also hard to believe company doesn't have any customer service hours on Saturdays.
out of the box, this unit ran great and did its job. but try to get the replacement air filter and that's when my troubles began. The air filter is NEVER in stock so there goes $100 down the drain. sorry to say, won't purchase another hoover air purifier product again and i will not recommend this product either.
HUGE CON... it only blows out of the right side. This is a disappointment, so I may be returning mine unfortunately.Honeywell Ionizer that I have is going strong after years and it's a tall purifier. [$] on [@]!
