I absolutely love this Hot Tools curling iron. Heats up quickly and has multiple settings. The hair does not get tangled. With this awesome wand you get beautiful curls that last all day. This is a great product for girls and women. Highly recommend this to a friend.
This curling iron from the Hot Tools Signature series is the best curling iron I have ever owned!I have purchased irons twice this price and more, and this one beats them all. There is a separate on/off switch. This iron has different settings, so it is perfect for all hair types and textures. I have real thick, curly,long hair. I adjust the setting towards the medium heat, which is perfect for my hair type. It gives my hair such beautiful long wavy curls, plus my curls stay in so much longer. I use a lower setting on my granddaughters thin, straight hair, she looks so pretty! The iron heats up the surface quickly. It does get really hot on the high setting. When I first used it, I tried a lower setting first and adjusted it to find the perfect heat for my hair type. The curling iron is pretty! The gold plate makes my hair look shiny and smooth..no frizz! The beautiful gold surface with the black looks so gorgeous, I don't mind leaving it out on the counter!There also is a great stand that keeps the heat off you countertop surface. Another great feature is the long swivel cord, so I can work freely at different angles Finally, a curling iron that makes my hair look beautiful!
I really like the Hot Tools Signature Series Gold Curling Iron/Wand, 1 Inch because it has a great design and some nice features. This curling iron is similar in design to the other curling irons that I've owned with a few differences. The first thing that I noticed about this curling iron is that everything is slightly bigger on it. The handle, the plastic at the tip that you can rest your fingers on while curling, the buttons, they are all bigger than on my other curling irons which makes it very user friendly when curling and less likely to burn yourself. The next feature I really like is how hot it gets, it seems to be hotter on the lower settings than my other curling irons. Lastly the clamp that holds your hair while curling has a good amount of clamping force for curling. Other irons seem to let go too easily as you are curling the hair. I would rate the Hot Tools Signature Series Gold Curling Iron/Wand, 1 Inch as an overall superior curling product to all the other curling irons that are more of the base models and highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy a new curling iron.
The Hot Tools Signature Curling Iron is perfect to achieve any type of curls for your hair. I love the 3/4 barrel size as it is perfect for my medium length hair. I have fine hair and this curling iron is safe and does not burn or ruin my hair while using it. A favorite feature of mine is the adjustable temperature control. I can choose what temperature I want to curl my hair, all the way up to 430 degrees. It is easy to plug in and heats up quickly, within 30 seconds. I like the gold plated barrel color as it makes my curls stay all day and night long! This is a great curling wand for any hair length, it works wonders!
This Hot Tools 1 and ¼ inch curling iron is a game changer when it comes to my thick and coarse hair. I do not have patience to blow dry my hair at home and use curling iron to mimic the effect. Large barrel allows me to control how much curl I want to add on to my hairdo. This curling iron is very light weight and easy to use. The clip secures the section of hair to the curling iron. The on and off switch is a convenient slide on that doesn't accidentally get switched while using the tool. This curling iron allows you to control the temperature and the highest setting is 430 degrees which is really hot. I would recommend starting on a lower setting and going up as you are using it until you fond the temperature that works best for your hair. In a matter of minutes, I was able to style my hair and the large curls gave the effect of a salon blow dry that lasted well to the next day without any maintenance. I think my favorite part is the swivel cord that ensures a free range of motion while using the tool, I'll never have to untwist the cord on my curling iron again.
This curing iron is a game changer. It heats up quickly, and has multiple heat level settings. It can be used with or without the clamp and has a stay cool tip for holding hair in place if you use it as a wand. My hair curled quickly with no over heating so it held the curl well for a long time and stayed shiny and healthy!! It has a nice long cord and it swivels so you don't get tangled up. I love this curling iron, I recommend it for anyone that needs a curling iron or wand!
Stunning tool. I haven't seen these for many years. Nice to see them still having same quality. I remember them when there was the hot oven and the hair dresser would set them inisde to heat. This is electric and still delivers salon quality curls. I'm just an amateur who learns everything thing I know about beauty from YouTube. That said, this was very easy to use. I'm officially adding this iron to my collection! In fact this is the only size I didn't have. I have mixed thin hair which makes it difficult to create volume but I was able to wash, blow dry and curl my hair with this tool. The reason I like this more than others is because the heat dial makes it easy to get close to the exact temperature you're looking for. Caution: it gets very hot. I'm not sure who would use the dial turned up all the way cause I would imagine it would fry your hair right off. I use it on the lower numbers if my hair is already straight and I simply need a quick couple curls before work or a touch up. I use it on a medium temp if I just blow dried it and I want to do a couple passes to straighten it out a bit. As always, you want to use whatever heat protectant hair product you normally apply to your hair, let dry and then proceed with this iron so you don't do too much damage. I did my hair for the holiday with this iron and I received quite a few compliments. Pictures attached.
The Hot Tools Signature Series Gold Curling Iron/Wand, 1 Inch sets a decent wave in my long, fine hair. My pictures are a before and after. I have straight, fine, hard to keep a curl hair. The high temp of this wand sets a wave that lasted all night (with spray on it). The iron heats quickly and it has a very large end cap that is cool to the touch that you can use to help wind the hair. The cord is on a movable attachment that spins so the cord is not a problem when you use the item. The biggest con with this item is that the handle bar that you depress to open the clamp is VERY far away from the rod. My hands are not that small, and I have a hard time reaching it with one hand to use it. I ended up having to use it like a curling wand (without using the clamp) because I could not easily reach the handle bar grip. Overall, this item sets a good curl, but is slightly awkward to use.
This is not the real brand. It's a fake knock off. The gold is not right nor the safety tag and screws. Compared it to my real Hot Tools brand and this one is fake. You can see my picture comparing the real brand that's 1 inch to this fake curling iron that 1 1/4.
