Delivered in a very timely manner!! I absolutely love my HP!! Met all my expectations
It's an awesome PC and it does what I need and what I want. Customer service was very responsive concerning the extended warranty I added to this unit and was resolved in the time they stated it would be. This has a Ryzen7 8 core CPU with a 1TB SSD and a 1TB hard drive, making this great for the extra storage. I bought an HP AIO last year with a Ryzen5 6 core CPU and a 512GB SSD but that was all of the storage. Both PCs are awesome, though there's little speed difference that I can notice between the two. But I am not running CPU intensive programs, so keep that in mind. It was the price that stole my attention. Considering it has more 1.5TBs more storage, larger screen, faster processor, & it was only about $200 more than the 6 core I bought last year. For the money it's worth it for an AIO.
I bought this computer to function as a front desk computer at my clinic. It has a large screen, which is ideal for when the receptionist needs to use a split-screen view. Runs fast. Happy with our purchase.
This HP desktop is the perfect computer for our family! It's fast; sleek and I love the 27 inch screen. The associate that helped me on the phone was phenomenal! He was patient and answered all of my questions. He spent an hour with me until we found the exact one that I wanted!! Thanks HP!!
Couldn't be happier. By all appearances' there doesn't seem to be any hiccups... Smooth sailing, quiet, functional, standard applications, and a few surprises.
It is perfect for what I do.
Nice all in one pc. My only complaint is the keyboard and mouse are USB wired ones, which means 2 of the 4 available USB ports are taken for these 2 peripherals.
My new computer is nice however I was disappointed to find out that it didn't come with a DVD player. I use it at least 3 times a week. Now I will have to buy one.
Great vibrant screen, 16GB ram is fast as is the screen refresh rate. I like the solid state hard-drive. Loads quickly and Windows 11 OS is intuitive to operate.The stand legs are a bit clunky and intrusive and I miss the Bang & Olafson speaker system but at least the headphone jack is operational. Overall it's a competent computer. Would have preferred Intel processors because I am not as familiar with the amd ryzen 7 5700U but so so far so good.
Box was noticeably damaged . Despite the damage it did not hinder extraction and setup of the Computer. In this day and age, I am baffled why wire keyboards and mice are standard equipment. I paid a good amount of money for this equipment and am disappointed I needed to go buy wireless equipment. The computer was easy to set up and performs well.
