It doesn'thave to have tthebiggest screen to b a very ggood and useful phone. I am very satisfied and luv how thepix ccomeoout.
All the phones I've bought in the past, and then I stumble upon this beauty. I can't see how I've ever used a phone other than this one before, it's that great!
Pros: Has everything I want in a smart phone. I love the 4 gig 4G data plan that you can add data to. It's set up for wifi hotspot at no extra charge to use unlike most other phones from other carriers. A great phone at a great price. Cons: Though minor, the back cover is a little slick, not a big deal since I am getting a case. The auto complete has limited control and sometimes does things you don't want it to. This is likely a greater OS package problem. At the price and other features these are very minor issues.
Great phone!! I love how easy this phone is to use and is not very heavy! The Selfie button is so fun to use!!
The only thing I had a problem with was after I got done with the set up, I had to wait for at&t to verify that I actually bought the phone from an actual retailer before I could send of receive calls and texts. This was more of a hassle and a big inconvenience more than anything. It was a lot of running around from different at&t representatives all telling me different things. Although I got it at a cheaper price at Walmart, I just wish someone had told me how much of a hassle it was going to be by not buying it through at&t.
Ill start with the screen is wide pretty good size, its light not heavy. The price for the phone is really good walmart always hooks you up. I Love androids and if you in a budget looking for an android phone this one is really nice.
I've had it for a week now and am not disapointed. I wanted to keep my old Vereizon phone number. I called 611 and the AT & T representative could not have been more helpful. In a matter of minutes he had me on the phone with Verizon to verify my number and it was transferred. It would have been better if I had my Verizon account number before I called and it would have taken even less time. Also HTC has a free app that you download to your old android phone via wifi and 15 minutes later almost everything on the old phone is transferred to the new phone. I was very impressed!
I love this phone it is very easy to use once it is setup. You can connect to WiFi very easily and make phone calls. I bought the same phone for my son. He finds it simple to use with out all the extra cost. Pictures come out beautiful.
The phone itself is great but Walmart.com doesn't activate at point of sale as it should be, causing a huge hassle after you start service with AT&T. The service gets suspended after a few days whereupon you must email them proof of purchase before they can restore the service. Then it gets suspended again 10 days later because somehow they miss the email. You then have to call them back and have to re-send the email showing proof of purchase and have to wait on hold until they verify with someone else that the email was received and the service gets restored.
I have read a lot of the review for this phone, and yes it does look cheap but it work just fine. It's definitely better than the Nokia windows phone. I love it. I would give it a 5 star if it look more sturdy. It's a great phone, don't judge it by its cover.
