Bought this about a year and a half ago. Worked fine at first, but it soon became apparent there was way too much bloatware, and no way to get rid of it. Bought an SD card, stored all I could on it, and my phone would still complain about not having enough memory to run internet-based apps (While I still had gigabytes free). Anyway, the screen doesn't hardly react now, it takes a few minutes to type anything, and that's using a word suggestion (Swiftkeys). The camera is pretty bad too, and the settings are hard to navigate.
I bought this phone for my daughter's birthday a last year and have been unhappy with the phone. The picture display in store was nothing like it truly is. It's very janky.
We bought two HTC Desire phones for our family because they were "affordable". Both were cased and well cared for and both stopped working properly around the 8th month, and by the 9th month one has stopped working entirely.
Absolutely horrible phone. I have to put it on speaker if I want to hear who I'm talking to,there is no way to increase the volume. The phone was replaced under warranty, and the new one did the same thing. Now it wont connect to anything via USB or wireless,so I can't download my pictures. It's also very confusing to operate.
This cannot even handle single app. Horrible phone
