We were avid Miku fans until they sold off their company and completely ripped off their existing customers. We had a second baby and needed another monitor and preferred they be on the same platform, so we decided to give Hubble a try. The price was right and it allows us to have both a physical monitor as well as remote access on our phones when one of us is at work (night shifters). Our previous monitor was only viewable on my phone which made it die quickly and also made it very hot, which in turn made it run slow. Also the stream would time out in the middle of the night, which often meant we didn't hear our little one until she had been crying for a while. The Hubble portable monitor prevents those issues and also allows me to make phone calls, etc while still watching my babies. The quality of the video is not bad at all and the ability to move the camera with a touch of a finger is nice- I do wish there was a screen lock because I accidentally move the focus area more often than I'd like. I also have not figured out how to view two screens at once on the portable monitor, I'm not sure if it's possible or not. I need to spend more time looking into it :P but for now I have it set up to switch back and forth periodically on its own and that does just fine. We don't use the interactive options often but the stories weren't my favorite when we were messing with it during setup. Overall I am pleased with the device and the setup process. I've not had to contact customer service for anything as of yet but fingers crossed I won't ever have to!
We purchased this monitor after a short and very disappointing run with the owlet monitor. We instantly fell in love with our Hubble monitor!! We've used it for almost a year now and have never had a single issue out of it. I love how we have the parent unit for our room and can carry it anywhere around the house while baby is napping, and it also has the app so I can keep an eye on her while I'm away working nights. Would absolutely 10/10 recommend! Included is my favorite picture I've captured using the app showing how clear and easy it is to use. ❤️
It was so easy to set up and get everything connected. I was intimidated by the monitor camera and phone but the directions or easy to follow and exactly I said I had it set up an online with the camera working within 10 minutes and it was so easy I wish they could all be this easy if I had another baby I would definitely get another one. In fact, I might get one for my husband lol thank you so much for giving a product with the right correct instructions to operate and set up. Charlie grateful I am very satisfied customer, Brande Day
We love this monitor for our 4 month old daughter! It's also very easy to travel with since my husband works out of town.
Best baby monitor! I love that they have the tablet that is included plus an app that you can download on your phone. On the app, you can close out of it and still hear inside of your babies room. It has two way talk games for older babies you can take photos from the camera, it also plays music! You can also rotate the camera 360 degrees from the app and all you have to do on the tablet is touch the screen and move it and it'll also move the camera! It also tells you the temperature of the room!
i love all the features has absolutley great potential. but i am having trouble getting the camera focus and have a good picture. tried resetting still can barely see what is on the screen1
Works but won't update. Not exactly user friendly.
This monitor is junk, it freezes, glitches, doesn't respond to commands and the interactive portion isn't child friendly. The support aspect leaves a lot to be desired as their trouble shooting is always: “Disconnect from power and re-sync.” Which does nothing despite full signal and awesome internet speed.
The first one I bought didn't even have a power button. Wouldn't connect no matter what I did. I figured it was defective and gave it another go. Bought the Premium, but Deluxe was printed on the device. Weird. Camera works..okay. Only on 2.4ghz. Very long lag. I could hear my baby crying from the other room, and 5 seconds later the monitor would tell me. That's too long of a lag. We are talking about a baby's safety! Also, the camera won't connect to the parent unit. And there is only like two games and a couple stories; the whole experience just sucked, to be honest.
I followed the instructions to the letter, try to connect it in different parts of the house, I even searched on YouTube for connection problems, and I followed the help steps in the company's video and the recommendations and it DOES NOT work! Terrible experience!!! I spent 2 whole days trying to get it to connect, I even reset my wifi and nothing. It also doesn't work with Alexa, as I said on the box. It's misleading advertising. I looked for them several times in the devices and brands that Alexa recognizes and nothing, it says device NOT found. Terrible DO NOT spend your money on this.
