I'VE BEEN USING HYLANDS LEG CRAMP PILLS FOR A COUPLE YEARS, WHENEVER I GET LEG CRAMPS AT NIGHT OR EVEN CRAMPS IN MY HANDS. THEY WORK WELL, AND FAST.
I suffer from leg and foot cramps. I get them every night and often times several times a night. I have tried everything. Hot showers in the middle of the night works but is inconvenient. I have tried drinking Tonic Water, putting a bar of soap under my sheets which some people claim works but didn't for me, drinking salt water before bed -- yuck and didn't work. I have tried stretching before bed. Still get cramps. So on a lark I bought this. I figured I was just going down another rabbit hole but I am so sick of nightly leg cramps. Since I started taking it, I have not have ONE leg or foot cramp. I take it before bed. I don't wait until I get a leg cramp to take it. I just take one right before I lay down. It's a miracle for me. I know some say "it doesn't have quinine in it". Whatever it has or doesn't have, the point to me is that it worked. And nothing else ever has. I am a convert. :)
A few years ago, I began occasionally experiencing excruciating nocturnal cramps, so persistent and painful that I couldn't anything but get up and hobble around until the pain subsided - sometimes hours later. Hyland's Leg Cramps with quinine is, to date, the ONLY thing that works for me, and works quickly (within 30 minutes). As to the people who have given negative reviews claiming the product does not contain quinine, I would offer the following comment: quinine is derived from Cinchona bark - which is the first ingredient on the label.
People, do your homework!!! Cinchona is another name for Quinine---this product DOES have quinine in it. I can't wait to try it as I suffer from lots of night time leg cramps.
Cinchona IS Quinine!! Everyone is saying this does not have Quinine in. Yes it does, it's under the name Cinchona. Read: Quinine is a drug which is made from the bark of the Cinchona tree.
My husband suffers from leg cramps especially at night and these will stop them within minutes. The sublingual are faster, but cannot seem to find them anymore.
I never received the leg cramps with quinine even though it was advertised on your website. I received a substitute that I didn't want not once but twice. Yes I would recommend the product with quinine
Too soon to tell if this will work as it is a natural homeopathic remedy that targets the cellular structure.
Leg Cramps is a wonderful product, BUT I specifically ordered this one WITH quinine. Apparently it is no longer available with quinine. Not only did Walmart send me plain Leg Cramps, but another online source did the same thing.
Product does not contain quinine in ingredients as labeled on the box. The box that is shipped is not as depicted in advertising. This is a case of false advertising at the least. I called the manufacturer of the product and they told me that they use the tree bark that quinine is derived from in this medicine. Not sure what that means. They said they did change their box and the ingredients list with the change in packaging.
