No issue setting it up. Works as advertised
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OMG, the sound to the HyperX Cloud II was as if you were in a disco party. The clarity is amazing! The setup was super easy. My daughter love her new gadget to go along with her pc and Playstation. The kids will love this as a gift. I fell in love with it myself, I couldn't stop smiling. It also comes with a detachable microphone and a pop filter. This product far exceeds five stars!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son was so excited to try this out. He loves it. It is very comfortable to wear for hours at a time. It is wireless, which is wonderful. It has virtual surround sound. It has up to 30 hours of playtime on it until it needs charged. The mic is great for talking to others while playing.This is perfect for any gamer.
The bass is good and not over powering, mids are good and not tinny. Mic works great and voice comes through accurate. Battery life is good and comes in at around the advertised 30 hrs. Wish that the mic monitoring was a little louder or adjustable. Build quality is exceptional. Used this for ps5.
Grandson loves the headset
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son. One of his friends has this same headset and my son loves them. He says that you can hear enemies sneaking up behind you in the game. He also says that the in-game conversations are clear with no static over the mic. He also loves that they are wireless with a 30-hour battery life and that the microphone is detachable. That way, if he wants to use the headphones for other activities, all he has to do is take off the microphone attachment. He also likes that all of the components can be replaced, extending the life of the headset.
I purchased the wrong headset. I had to exchange it
Do not use for PS5
I found myself taking the headset off every 15-20 minutes because it was so uncomfortable. Ear pads aren't thick enough for my ears so the headset becomes painful to wear after a short while (30 to 60 minutes). The earpad material retains a LOT of heat, adding to the discomfort. The team I was gaming with reported getting a lot of static from my microphone.
