Works for my severe back and hip pain.
Works really well for back pain.
Used to use IcyHot cream but the patch completely eliminates the mess.
These work great for joint pain. They keep me from being awakened at night by the pain in my shoulder.
This patch really works. It is easy to apply and lasts longer than 8 hours.
I've used every patch on the market and this 'advanced IcyHot' is the best and most soothing for my lower back, which drives me nuts by the way - in physical theraphy right now for it. My lower back is the L-3, L-4 and T-ll according to my Cat-scan. The pain has been so bad that I have been actually stuck in bed, unable to move to the right or left side and had to remain there for 10 hrs. all the time squirming around like a fish trying to place one foot on the floor. This is why I am in physical theraphy now. Another thing I like about these patches they are easy to put on and take off and the STICK to the skin. Most other patches don't ADHERE to the skin properly and end up falling off. I also use these patches for my arthritic knee. Also, Salonpias roll-on is very good for a temporary relief.
These are great. They work on my nerves in my back so it doesn't hurt.
First off, the product package advertised a "4-pack" of patches. My box only contained one small patch. Second, the patches do not stick well at all. I had to anchor it down with tape in a "window-pane" pattern to hold it in place. Even with taping it down, the patch itself worked poorly. I felt a little cooling from the menthol, but it never got warm...or "icy-hot" as one might expect. Since the website description also advertised this as "advanced relief" (meaning it contained a stronger amount of menthol), I expected it might work better than the "regular" relief. I was SORELY disappointed...pun intended. Would not buy again OR recommend to anyone...friend or foe. Pure waste of money.
This product didn't work for me at all. I had no experience of cool/hot at all. I reread instructions and even searched online to see if I had applied incorrectly, but I hadn't. Do not recommend. ☹
Don't recommend Since my car accident this patches have been a blessing but these ones not so much. Stick with the normal ones. These ones are cheap thin and don't stick well. Not to add they don't relieve the pain like the the regular ones.
