My daughter understands the concept of money now that she learned from the chart
Cute poster but best of all it's so functional. It's easy to read and kid friendly. Great for a math board and/or math center to teach and reinforce money skills. I participate in the Brand Ambassador Program for Carson Dellosa and have received this product for free.
I have this chart hanging in the pantry above the kids piggy bankis. Now, they can identify each item before putting it in. Helps to strengthen lessons when it is done throughout every day lives.

Teaching money is an important standard in 1st grade. In the past, I have had trouble finding quality anchor charts that provided a realistic image of the money. This chart breaks down the penny, nickel, dime, quarter and one dollar bill. It shows the different representations of each type of money (word, number/symbol) and shows the front and back of each coin and bill. This chart is a great visual reference for my students as we practice identifying and counting money. I participate in the Brand Ambassador Program for Carson-Dellosa and have received this product for free to review.
