We bought this as a Christmas gift for my in laws. They love it. It has 3 setting, all work great. We may have to buy one for us.
I purchased this to replace my old water cooler. I was very disappointed with how warm the cold water was. I checked to make sure it was on, and waited 2 days for the water to adjust. But nothing. It wasn't any warmer than the room temperature water. Also, it was very loud when refilling and attempting to cool. The pressure for the water to come out was very low, it took very to fill a glass of water. I ended up returning it and buying a primo top loader. I am much happier.
