upon opening this gift for christmas, she immediately wanted it hooked up which was easy to hook up to the tv. once that was done we turned it on andthe disappointment began. the mic didnt work, the cd sounded HORRIBLE (static) . so after telling her we would return it and buy a different machine. I WOULD NOT BUY THIS MACHINE FOR A DOLLAR, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY A DIFFERENT MACHINE
My 5-year-old daughter got his for Christmas. She might as well have gotten a big chunk of coal because this thing is worthless. This is without a doubt the worst seventy something dollars you could ever spend. The speakers don't work. The mic is completely inaudible. In theory, this sounds like a great machine, but do yourself a favor and spend the money on something else.
I was so excited to take this product home and use only to hook it up to my television and have the lyrics played back skippy and overlapping... everything else worked fine... I even went to the extent of calling their customer service line to see if they could help and all they said was it was either my TWO tvs or the THREE brand new cds I had just purchased... finally I made the decision to return it to the store and pehaps exchange it for another one... thankfully the associate at the store was nice enough to hook it up instore to see if it worked and thankfully she did because it just ended up being a big hunk-a-junk!
Gift from grandparents - could barely hear the cd playing, even at highest volume. couldn't get ipod to connect and play. horrible machine. not worth a penny! Immediately returned to store & looking for a new one!
