The Academy Awards use DLP projectors, that is how great this technology is! The picture is great and does not discolor or fade with age.
We already have one of these at the church and loved it so much a second one is being bought. Is very lightweight, and portable. We use it upstairs and downstairs. Has a very clear picture and is very user friendly.
I needed a projector to use in my public school room. This one seemed to me to be the best value considering the three things I looked for. I considered clarity of the picture, the brightness of the picture and the price. Additional pluses for this one is the respected brand that "In Focus" represents and that it has S-VHS inputs along with monitor and RCA jacks. Size and weight are no problem.
This projector has proven to be both easy to use and easy to travel. excellent product.
