This is a first class bike rack. It is very well made and designed, and it is substantial--not flimsy in any way. It comes with its own locking hitch pin and its own permanently attached locking cable to secure the bikes against theft when left on the rack for short periods of time. It fits both 1 1/4 " and 2" hitch mounts.
I've used the INNO hitch-mount bike rack for two-and-a-half years. And I've used at least four other brands over the last decades. INNO is the best quality fit and finish I've yet to find. The engineering is tight, smooth, and easy to use. Integrated hitch lock and cable bike lock are just "icing on the cake", but saves money from buying extra parts. This rack has held up hauling bikes on 4WD roads in Colorado and Utah. The ratchet mounting straps are much easier to use than stretchy rubber types. I had to replace an INNO rack recently, due to my own mishap on the freeway. INNO ended up giving me a new rack for free after investigating the circumstances. That level of service is what prompted me to write this review. As a major consumer of outdoor gear, I always first check WalMart for prices on common items. So I was surprised to find INNO racks, since they are not as famous as the other brands which I have thrown in the trash or given away. I recommend INNO for the quality and ease of use. The pricing is a bonus!
Bought this to carry one bike on the back of a small SUV. I have a heavy duty Yakima 4 bike rack that I use on my truck when carrying multiple bikes. I liked the fact that it is fully assembled. Many racks require assembling, and have pretty unclear instructions. I had this installed in just a couple minutes. I like the ratchet style straps better than the stretch/loop type straps on my other rack. They are easier to use and hold the bike firmly. The anti sway brackets also do a great job of holding the bike steady. The foot lever for the swing down feature is great. Far better than the pin mechanism on other racks. It is effortless to lower or raise it, even with a bike installed. The lock mechanisms are good. One minor drawback is the hitch lock and the bike lock use different keys. On my Yakima, both locks use the same key. However they were added cost options on the Yakima and are included in the Inno's very reasonable price. The Inno holds my bike securely. So far I have seen no drawbacks. It is a bit heavier than I expected since they advertise it as lightweight, but that is not a problem. Overall, it is a solid, well designed, easy to use and good looking rack. So far,very happy with my purchase. And Walmart,s price was $100 lower than any other place I could find, including online dealers.
I saw this bike rack in a speciality shop, but they did not have the the two bike rack carrier. This is my third bike rack and by far, my favorite bike rack. I was able to install it easily. The rack is easy to use and holds my bike securely. The rack comes with both a rack lock and bike lock.

Bike rack received within estimated delivery time and all parts and instructions were shipped. Rack is very well made and required minimal setup or instruction reading. I like the design and the security features built into the rack. Used rack twice on my Honda Civic so far and loading and unloading bike was easy and rack did not sway or move during driving. Overall an excellent product.
