We just brought our newborn home from the hospital a couple weeks ago. We had a couple carseats gifted to us - but this one is our favorite. And the number one reason why - our baby looks so comfortable in it. I love the look of this travel system - the colors work well for either boy or girl. It's truly a beautiful set. The stroller itself is easy to maneuver (very important when you're trying to wiggle through a crowded area, like say, a zoo), a smooth ride for my baby, and it's easy for me to fold and unfold by myself. I like that it has two canopies that provide extra protection from the sun. Once we received this in the mail, my husband had it put together in no time. It was pretty quick and painless to piece together - unlike some baby products out there. The carseat is fairly easy to carry, though it does have a little weight to it. I like the cup holders, as well as the little compartment that can easily hold things like keys or a phone, and it even has a little spot where you can put your cord for headphone through so you can listen to music and jog (did I mention it makes a decent jogging stroller? Because it does!). All in all, we love this system and it will be our go-to. I received this item for review, all opinions are my own.
I absolutely LOVE this travel system! I have used an expensive convertible car seat as well as an older click-in travel system in the past, and this travel system blows both away. First of all, it just looks nice! The car seat easily clicks in and out of the stroller with one pull on the lever. The assembly was super easy and minimal for the stroller, and installing the car seat base couldn't have been easier. The stroller rides so smoothly and can make sharp turns with ease...we were arguing over who got to push it the first time we used it. It also folds to fit in my car very easily, although if I had a small car I'm not sure if that would be the case since it still takes up a lot of room. The car seat straps can be adjusted easily, and I love the adjustable head support feature. Sometimes I have a little bit of trouble taking the car seat of out the car, but moving up the front seat so I have more room to pull it out usually fixes the problem. We have had this travel system for 2 months now and absolutely love it. The quality of this travel system is as nice as your high end brands. It's easy to use with no adapters just clicks into place for the car and stroller! The stroller steers well in gravel and grass. The colors and quality of the fabric make people shocked that it can be purchased at Wal-Mart. My husband and I are no where near the same height so we love the adjustable handle. The basket of the stroller is great size. The car seat is nice for summer with the breathable vents on the side of the car seat and I LOVE the headrest with side impact protection. They only issue we had was getting the base level in our van. We had to use a towel folded to make it level. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I am so excited to tell you about this Ingenuity Instride Easy Up Travel System that is in the pattern Avondale this travel system is amazing I remember getting a travel system for my daughter about 6 years ago and it was nothing like this what I mean by that is the amazing padding it has in the carseat and the stroller and the side impact. This stroller was so easy to put together it comes with mult pieces I was surprised how I did it on my own. Also very easy to put the carseat in the only thing you can't have the drink holder in the front but you really don't need that when you have a infant in the stroller!!! One of the features my sister and me really like is that if your out and it's raining or snowing you can close both the top cover of the carseat and the top to the stroller together and have it completely closed and there are little windows you can see your little one from both ends of the stroller. When I put my niece in here she actually really liked it and I really like how much padding is in this seat. Any parent would feel really secure knowing their child is comfy and safe.
As a mother of four, soon to be five, I know the importance of having a high-quality travel system when you have a baby. We are constantly on the go with 4 active children so we knew we needed something versatile, functional and durable for our newest arrival and we were thrilled when Ingenuity sent us the Easy Up Travel System in Avondale to try out. Upon its arrival, I was already a huge fan because it was mostly assembled. I just needed to snap a couple wheels on along with the canopy and trays and we were good to roll! When you are a busy parent, spending hours assembling products is not very appealing so this was a huge perk for me. After it was put together, I was immediately drawn to the beautiful colors. Avondale is such a fun and modern print that you are sure to turn heads. Pictures online really do not do this travel system justice. You have to see it in person to really appreciate it! Other brag worthy features include an adjustable handle (so nice if you have a spouse who is significantly taller or shorter than you) effortless maneuverability with the 3 wheel system and it's so easy to fold and unfold. They went the extra mile by adding a compartment where you can put your cell phone or wallet and cup holders for easy accessibility while on the move. In addition to the amazing stroller, you are also getting a top-of-the-line infant car seat, the InTrust 35. We absolutely love everything that this car seat has to offer. It's super easy to get on and off the base and the harness is easy to adjust. It's good for a baby who is 4-35 pounds so you will get plenty of use out of it. Installation is also a breeze which is a huge plus especially if you are constantly switching vehicles like we are. We cannot wait for winter to be over so we can really hit the pavement with this travel system. Ingenuity outdid themselves with this product for sure.
We received the Ingenuity In-Stride Easy-Up Travel System a little less than a month ago. What a great product! We have been very pleased with it overall. The assembly was very easy. It only took my husband a about 20 minutes to assemble the entire stroller! The colors and pattern are super cute and gender neutral! I am expecting twins in July, and I had no trouble lifting it. It is fairly light weight for its size. The stroller easily folds down when you're ready to store it. I love the basket at the bottom as well as all the cup holders for me and bottles/cups! Our 19 month old fit in it very comfortably. The adjustable draw string in the back comes in handy when he wants to sit more upright. We haven't been able to use the Intrust 35 infant car seat yet. It will definitely will be put to good use once the twins arrive. It looks very comfy and the fabric is soft. Love the click in to the base feature so it will be easier to get in and out of the car. Loving our great new travel system!
I received this incredibly awesome travel system from Kids II to review and I am in love with it! Not only is the Avondale print a gorgeous color and pattern, the entire system is gorgeous. Talk about feeling rich when you take it out anywhere. It's very easy to assemble as well. The instructions that come with the system lay everything out, step by step, and they have also made it so you do not need any other tools to assemble it. In fact, I put it together when I was three weeks away from my due date. Anyone can put this together, seriously! The car seat is already assembled so the only thing you do have to put together is the stroller. There are not that many pieces so it's easily assembled within ten minutes if you follow the instructions step by step. The assembly part is quick and fast, and you don't really need any help. Of course, I had my husband telling me a few things I was about to do wrong, so I fixed it. Other than that, (if you don't have your husband watching you), it's very easy. Plus, the tray is removable so that you can place the car seat on top and push it around with your infant. We have not had the chance to walk around with this stroller (not even to the mall), so for now it's been used in our house. It's difficult to use a stroller in the snow, especially when you have snow storms once a week in New York. However, the car seat has been used quite often with my daughter. She was born with jaundice and it had reached a level 17 within a few days of her birth (she was born January 26th), so of course we had appointments every day to keep checking her level and we were both admitted into the hospital that Friday. Thankfully this car seat has come in handy and has protected my daughter during the trips down the high way to the hospital and back home again. The headrest for the seat is adjustable to the height All you have to do is pull it up and it slides. The buckle is easily adjustable as well. Simply push the green button you see in the above photo and pull the belts up to make them loose. If you want to tighten them, leave the green button alone and pull on the strap underneath it. I usually loosen the straps, buckle my daughter in and then tighten them so they are adjusted to her size. The extra padding and cushions hug her little body which makes me feel much more comfortable with her in this car seat than the other one I had for my first daughter. The attachment fits into the car very easily and can even be snapped right into the metal bars that are under the back part of the seat. Almost every vehicle should have these unless it's a very old car. Simply snap them in and adjust the buckle so it's tightened down. The car seat snaps right into place and you don't have to fuss with it to make sure it doesn't move all over the back seat. Safety first! When you're ready to pull the car seat out of the attachment, there is a large green bar at the back of the car seat that you simply pull up and lift the car seat. It should pull right up for you. I struggled at first, but that was due to the fact that I had no idea what I was doing and I was also pulling it towards me as though it would do what I wanted it to do. Now that I know how to un-latch it, I have no problems. This travel system has everything. Cupholders in the stroller for your drinks, a section to put miscellaneous items in and even an awesome compartment underneath to put any items in there that you don't want to carry. Oh, this system collapses really easy as well! The handlebar clicks down and you only have to push in two grey buttons on the sides of the stroller and it collapses quickly. Roll it onto the side and store it out of the way. I currently have it stored in our laundry room until we use it again. I have to add how easy the stroller is to push. Even with the car seat sitting on it. The seat does not budge when you click it in. In fact, where the tray is supposed to go has a fasten area just like the car seat attachment for the car. You don't have to worry about the seat falling out of the stroller on you! It's clicked in and to detach it simply pull on the green bar in the back of the seat as you would in the car and pull up. Easy! I've never had a stroller and car seat combo that worked as well as this one does. They thought of everything that would drive a parent crazy and either improved on it or added features that parents have been dying to have. The only down side is the car seat alone can weigh quite a bit. Add a child and you have that extra weight to lug around. The first few appointments we had to go to, I had to have a family member carry the car seat as it was too difficult for me. Other than that, it's an amazing car seat with extra added protection to help make any parent feel at ease. I received this for free to review, all opinions are my own.
I spent several shopping trips and days online looking for the best stroller. I found the ingenuity stroller and I'm so happy with my purchase. I wanted: A large canopy Easy gliding wheels Comfortable seating Well made Easy to fold Facing baby option Easy to use safety belts Easy clicking car seat Peekaboo window Cup holders and baby tray Found them all in this stroller! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I havent had several months of use to say it's still going great.
I don't know how this product has 4.5 stars. At first I was really happy with it...until I used it. It never clicked into the base or stroller properly. Once in the base it took multiple tries to get it back out and only one side would click into the stroller. You were able to lift the other side off of the stroller - not safe. I did like the car seat aside from the clicking in problem. The stroller wouldn't stay closed either. So it was very difficult to get it into the truck while trying to hold it together. (And this isn't after owning it for several months - this was from day one) the canopy was not big enough either. It didn't block the sun whatsoever. I returned mine to the manufacture because of all of these issues and they sent me a new one with no issues. The problem was that the new one arrived broken!! The handle of the car seat wasn't even attached. That's too many problems right off the bat for me! No thanks!!
I loved this set when I got it and took it out of the box. Car seat seemed comfortable, stroller was easily maneuverable. Loved the pattern and colors! But, we ended up having to return it because I could not remove the carseat from the base. My husband was able to release it a few times, usually with a struggle. Out of countless attempts I was only able to release it 3 or 4 times. I even put the base in the car and I was never able to get the carseat to unclick off the base to get out of the car. Good thing we didn't have a baby in it!
