I purchased this product off of the web, hoping that it would be pretty useful. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. It is so well made that I took a second look at the package to see who made it. It is a high quality hard case with a thick rubber interior that holds 6 games and and extra stylus, if you have one. Now I don't have to cary all of these game boxes with me to protect my games. They all fit neatly in the lid and the case closes with a strong click. It is definately a very usefull product and I am glad that I purchased it. No more $30+ games lost in the bottom of a backpack or inbetween the couch cushions.
I went to Game Stop to buy a DS case, but the only options were to buy a case the held only games, or get a case that held the DS plus 3 games at the most. I went to walmart.com and found this case that holds the DS, an extra stylus, plus 6 DS games for such a cheap price. It was no more money than those other sub par holders. This case is good quality. It is sturdy and is easy to open. I also like how it looks just like my DS only larger.
I was really impressed with the dura case for the DS lite when I recieved it. I think the product is excellent for the price. My kids love to take their DS's outside and this is a great way to protect them from breaking if they are dropped and it helps the kids keep up with their games because they have a safe and secure place to store them all together.
This product is such a wonderful product to buy for any child that has a DS so that it won't break. And it is good because they can carry games and an extra stylus. My daughter loves it. I don't regret buying it for her and the price is right. Go out and buy one. Jersey MOM........
This is the perfect piece to have if you own a Nintendo DS! It holds everything including six games and the extra stylus. Its easy, stylish and is much easier then carrying all the game boxes with you everywhere. The rubber inserts make it easy to put the games in and out of their holders. Highly recommended.
I've noticed the case is a little difficult to open once it's closed. At first I thought this was a problem, but realized it more likely due to the fact that if the unit is dropped the top of the case will not pop open easily and let your device fall out.
This case protects my DS very well without being too bulky. It easily stores 6 games and an extra stylus. I'm very happy with it.
I bought this to give to my son as a birthday gift with his new Nintendo DS. So far so good -- it's durable yet soft inside to safely store away the DS and games. It appears as though the case should have come with a strap or some sort of handle. It appears there is a spot for one but it did not come with a strap.
This was purchased as a present for our daughter's new DS Lite. It was priced very reasonably and the quality is pretty good. The case does not hold 6 DS games as described. It holds 4 DS game cartridges and 2 SD cards. We're not familiar with the DSi and perhaps, that unit uses SD cards. The case looks solid and with the rubber cushioning inside, appears that it can protect the DS if dropped. A convenient case to take on the go.
I was completely satisfied with one exception. The picture shows that it holds 6 game cartridges. Unless I am confused about how the thing "works", the one I got in the mail hold 4 game cartridges and two memory cards. I don't want to carry memory cards around with me, so I would have preferred the space for the game cartridges... Otherwise, the product was perfectly fine.
