I just moved into a new apartment and we have a tiny 5'x5' balcony in the back. The previous renter left a moldy old rug and a tiny beach chair, so it needed a little bit of a fix up. But this rug was a great addition! It shipped fast and is great quality so far. I spilled tea on it and was able to rinse it right off, so I think it will hold up well and I shouldn't have issues with staining.

Beautiful rug, a bit lightweight. Corners tend to fold with a strong wind!
