This hairdryer is great. I've never invested much in hairdryers, so even though this wasn't one of the "expensive" ones on the market, it was a lot for me to spend on this type of product. It's worth every penny, and then some. It performs very well: quiet, strong, yet gentle on the hair. I can dry my hair in half the time I used to with an old, very cheap model. My kids use it also, and love it. Highly recommend, and now I feel it's a deal for the money.
I liked the short time it takes to dry my hair. It adds volume, and it is pretty light weight to handle.
This product is AMAZING... words cannot describe how awesome this product works, especially with my hair. It usually takes up to 10 minutes or more to dry my long thick hair, but with this blow dryer not only does it dry my hair within 6 minutes but it almost locks in the natural oils in my hair instead of stripping it with a normal blow dryer, and makes my hair feel soft, shiny, and natural looking! I also noticed a lot more volume, which my hair is usually always flat without any products and blow dried with a regular blow dryer. AWESOME!
I was very skeptical about the John Frieda Volume and Shine Full Volume Dryer reducing frizz to and fly-a-ways to my hair. I have very fine hair and have tried many ‘smoothing' products over the years only to be disappointed. I decided to dry my hair without adding any smoothing gels or creams. I dried my hair in its natural state and did not even use a brush to help ‘smooth' down while drying. The first thing I noticed is the dryer is quiet yet powerful. It is the quietest and most powerful hair dryer I have ever used. It dried my hair quickly. The John Frieda Volume and Shine Full Volume Dryer does exactly what it promises. It left my hair soft, shiny but most importantly, smooth. I had no fly-a-ways or frizz. I usually have tangles in my hair if I don't brush while drying. I did not have any tangles in my hair using the John Frieda Hair Dryer. I am very impressed with the John Frieda Full Volume Hair Dryer. I am looking forward to trying other John Frieda products. Thank you John Frieda for making an awesome product!
Recently upgraded to John Frieda's in hopes that it would improve my status quo. THIS HAIR DRYER IS AMAZING!! Easy to use and incredibly effective. This wonderful hair dryer gives me shiny fizz-free hair in no time flat - making my life easy. On top of the function, it's sleek and beautifully designed!!
I saw this dryer and thought about getting it. My hair is very fine and thin. I need all the body I can get. When went back online to get it, I could not find it so I assumed it had sold out and I had missed it. I ordered another kind. A few days later I found this dryer. Thought about it some more and decided - why get a dryer I don't want when I just have to return the first one when it came at my local Walmart and order the one I really want. I was able to start the return to Walmart online! I brought it the store and the return was super easy. My new dryer was delivered and it is super. Very light and really does give my hair more body then the ones I have used in the past. It was well worth the wait and the ease of ordering both of them and returning the one is great! Thanks!
Still a noisy blow dryer. Does not have a cool setting to dry hair. For curly hair, that is important. I used the diffuser, and it looked like I stuck my finger in a light socket.
Apparently this dryer is made by Conair. The dryer I received looks like the dryer in the picture but it was labeled InfinitPro by Conair instead of John Freida. It made a rattling sound and the cool air button did not work so I am returning it.
it is rather strong and dryies the hair fast but mine has one issue that i dont like. While i dry my hair when hot at one point it strats making noise like a bulb breaking. when i look inside it looks like some red threads. I don't use it often but i would like to. if someone could tell me what it means.
Description says it has a 'locking' cold shot button which is the reason I ordered it. The cold shot button does not lock and I returned it immediately. Please fix the description.
