I know Mexican chorizo, I grew up in Mexico and it was one of my favorite foods. After I came to the U.S. I was never able to find a good chorizo until I tried yours, I couldn't believe it had the same smell and flavors as the ones I grew up with. I cannot find it anymore and I am disappointed, please make it available again please.
Just finished making this for my husband. WOW! The chorizo is fantastic, #1!!! We have tried every single brand of chorizo sold at our local stores and this one is BY FAR the best. Why isn't this marketed more? Like WRMorisson, I found this while I was shopping for hot dogs. This chorizo needs to be stocked next to the other chorizos in the supermarket. Congratulations on such a wonderful product.
Probably the best brat we have tasted. We bought some before the Super Bowl and grilled them the day of. Loved them so much I went back to the store for more. Of course they were sold out!! The meat department guy said that they would order more. I came back a few days later and he opened the box for me right there. I bought several this time!! Awesome brats!!
This product was great while we could get it at our local Wal-Mart. It is far less greasy than any other brand which makes us feel like we are eating a bit healthier when we choose this product. The flavor is very good. It doesn't taste all greasy like other brands. My husband took this to work and the guys made him the "guy who gets the Chorizo” for their cook-ups. No other store in our area was carrying it so his fellow employees couldn't get this at their Wal-Mart. They were all saddened when our Wal-Mart ran out. Since then, our Wal-Mart has not restocked. It has been about 2 weeks. The guys looked online to find out where they could buy this. The search brings up all of our area Wal-Marts. We hope to see this product return to the stores soon. We'd buy it online but that is not an option! I see there is also a coupon on the Johnsonville site. YUMMY stuff, Get it if you can!
I love the chorizo brats or sausage. Love to grill the brats and serve sliced up with a little lime juice. I also use in a hotdog bun and drizzle lime juice and queso cheese on top. We make the ground chorizo with queso cheese as a great dip. The only problem I have is finding the brats in the store.
these are the absolute best flavor, little kick, but the flavor is amazing. just looking for dinner when I stumbled on these. So the 1st bite, I thought I was dreaming, but then I looked down not realizing that I just ate the whole sausage!Going to Hannaford's in the morning to buy as many as they have! Thank you for making dinner interesting again! PLEASE don't ever stop making these "CHORIZO'S"
This is the absolute best Chorizo sausage ever. I am so disappointed that you stopped making your most popular product. Please make them again. And THANK YOU for bringing your giant grill and coming to help in the West Virginia Flood Disaster Relief efforts. You are just awesome for that.
These things are great. I used to only get the cheddar brats, but now only the Chorizo brats!! I cannot recommend these enough to anyone who likes flavor!! They are the best when grilled, but if it's bad weather they taste almost as good on the stove in a pan. They are great with a little mayo and mustard with some onion on a bun!! The best!!
I too am missing our awesome Chorizo product! Please Please Please start making it again. My family loves your products....but your Chorizo was the best!!!! I have searched high and low for it but it is no where to be found in the Shreveport/Bossier area!!!!
MY GUYS JUST LOVE THIS AND BOUGHT IT AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO GET IT AND WONDERING WHY IT'S NOT STOCKED ANY MORE.
