Tastes as good as the higher calorie beef
The last time I had your smoked turkey sausage was 6 months ago, and it was in the "split rope" form/style, but I can't find it anywhere??? So are the "Links" the same thing? I also love your Andouille sausage!! Thank you
These are my favorite sausage by far and I hoping to hear back from Nutrition Support that these are MediFast diet approved. If so, I will be eating these a lot more!!
I was amazingly surprised at the taste of these turkey sausages. I absolutely loved them! The nutrient value is a plus along with the taste!! I will be serving these quite often as a healthy and tasteful option!
I love these! They're good sliced up and scrambled with eggs, split and fried for a sandwich, or served in a hot dog bun. They're low in calories and carbs if you're watching that. Delicious tasting.
For many years I have had a health condition where I cannot tolerate pork products. So, I just don't eat them anymore. However, I missed the taste of many of them. Tried many substitutes, but not much was any good. One day my wife came home with a package of your Smoked Turkey Sausage. I thought, "Here we go again, just another product with no flavor or texture." WRONG!! These are incredibly tasty and satisfying! They quickly became a regular staple in our home, not just for me, but the whole family! They're even good cold! Please continue to make these and NEVER stop! The Smoked Turkey Sausage with Cheese is awesome too! Hope you have more variations coming! Thank you for offering this product on behalf of myself and others with the same condition!
Johnsonville has the best sausage anyway and when I found the turkey sausage I just had to try it. It full of flavor, but a little too sweet for breakfast. But I think it would be great in a lunch/dinner dish such as spaghetti.
Sadly, this product has a beef casing so it can trigger those with Alphq-gal intolerance. A warning (like they do for peanuts) is something that is not required by law but considering it easily can cause anaphylaxis - it should be. People who are newly trying to navigate all the names of beef, pork, and lamb (and their bi-products). ----- Greatly disappointed because it's also hard to find a turkey and chicken product that taste great and doesn't cause a reaction.
When you put in collagen casing it isn't 100%Turkey. A person with alpha gal that is allergic to beef and pork, animal by products that only sees 100% on front of package so they trust what they are eating. When you go to label it, label it right by what kind of casing it is on the front of packages cause this is very harmful for the ones who are just getting diagnosed and learning what they have to look put for.
I am very disappointed. All I can taste is salt. I look at the package, and no wonder, they have 29 percent RDA! For one link! Salt is not flavor. I wont be buying these again.
