SO in Love with this stroller!

We received our Qool yesterday and I am in love! I was intimidated by all the boxes and thought it would take forever to put together but it was actually insanely easy to assemble. We were so excited we had to go out and use it today and it was perfect. I have 3 kids 4, 2, and 9 months and this stroller fits them all comfortably. The bench seat is perfect for my oldest as she doesn't always want to be in the stroller but sometimes wants to hop on when her legs get tired. The front two seats are so easy to move around and reconfigure for my younger two. They also recline back far for napping. The canopies are amazing on both seats! Super stretchy nice material and extend almost completely down with a Nice mesh peek window. This stroller just seems so well made and so sturdy. It pushes so smooth and the fabric is super nice. The handle bar is leather! So no worrying about it tearing or wearing down which seems to happen a lot with other strollers. The handle bar also extends out so the child on the bench has more room of for a taller adult to push. Then there is the ginormous basket underneath that will hold everything you will ever need! (I can't wait to use it for Disneyland trips!) in summary I highly recommend this stroller to growing families! It's perfect for my trio!

Better than "high end" strollers twice the price!

Love, love, love! With 2.5yo twins and an newborn I had an elaborate and hard to handle multi-piece stroller to fit everyone. Then the Qool came out. It's amazing! Much better ride than the Uppababy Vista (which is what I sold to get the Qool). We weigh down the stroller with almost 100lbs of kids plus stuffing the basket full land it's still a smooth ride, even one handed. Easy to remove the extra seats if it's just the baby and me. The canopies are larger an have a great open panel option. Perfect for Texas heat. Like all modual strollers it's kinda heavy to lift into the van but definitely worth it for all the features. My kids, my husband, the Grandparents (they actually can easily put on and take of seats and open/close the stroller), and I all love it!! This is a must have for any multiple Momma or family with 3 small kids!

When I became a mom of two, I didn't know I needed a double stroller until I saw the Joovy Qool. It was exactly the design I loved in strollers, sleek, modern, high end, but the best part is that it does not come with the high end cost. You can get the entire package, double seat bassinet, trays, extra storage, the whole bundle, for less than other double strollers out on the market. The stroller is also built solid, I know it will last us years, the frame is sturdy, the wheels are big so that it can maneuver different terrain, and the handle bar is wrapped in a leather like material making it super comfortable. I absolutely love all the different configurations the stroller can do. We have the bassinet attachment and a second seat, and I love that I can use the bassinet with my baby, a seat with my toddler or reconfigure it to two seats. Both seats can also face both directions, forward or backward, making it so versatile. And what else is unique about the Qool is that it can have a seat, yes a seat, not a skater, for an older child. And when you have a child that's exhausted, they just want to sit, so it's totally perfect. The Qool really is great for a growing family, I know we will use it for years with our two boys and we can't wait to have lots of adventures with it! We bought this stroller as a less expensive option to the UppaBaby Vista. Even though we were having our first baby, we wanted a stroller that would grow with an eventual second child. And we have loved this stroller!! The market bag option is one that the Vista doesn't offer and we're always getting stopped at Farmer's Markets, etc. with comments on how nice of a feature that is and questions about what stroller we have. The stroller is heavy but I believe the Vista is as well - as are most double stroller options to accommodate a frame that supports two riders. Further, I think it speaks to its quality. Now, to get to what actually caused me to write this review: I just found our stroller is broken. I went to the Joovy website, noticed their was a live chat option, and hit the button. Veronica diagnosed my problem by having me send her pictures, got my information, and is having new parts sent to me within 24 hours - all from the chat! It was so painless and pleasant, I almost can't believe it just happened like this. Customer service of this quality is nearly unheard of these days. Way to go, Joovy! In summary, if you're looking for a double stroller and/or had your heart set on the Vista, definitely consider the Qool! Not only is the price extremely reasonable and the quality very good, the company stands by their product and will effortlessly assist you if you have any issues.

I orginally had a stroller meant for one child and after having my second child I was on the hunt for something new. The moment I saw this stroller I fell in love! It has so many options for positions the kids can sit in if you have multiple children. It also is the most beautiful looking stroller I have ever seen. What made me finally get this stroller is the fact that we were going to Disneyland and I really wanted a stroller that was easy to travel with as well as comfortable for my kids throughout a very long day. This stroller was perfect because my 1 year old always had a place to sit and my 4 year old had the option of sitting on the toddler seat on the back of the stroller or sitting in the regular seat if he wanted to take a nap or just rest more comfortably. Since it fold up so easily it also helps when you travel. I have already told so many people that this is the best stroller and they need to look no further. I have many joovy product and haven't been disappointed yet! :) Very happy customer!

We purchased this stroller in 2019 after extensive research. We are not a wealthy family, but I was not willing to purchase a cheap double stroller that wouldn't last though toddlerhood. This stroller accidentally got thrown down 20 concrete stairs (no baby involved, just a husband who didn't remember the foot break). It survived mostly unscathed with the exception of a few scratches on the finish. It TUMBLED, like top over bottom, left to right barrel rolled down those stairs. I was absolutely expecting a bent frame considering how lightweight the stroller is for the size, but it held up so well. In addition to being lightweight for a double stroller, it's also an incredibly smooth ride. I will admit I wouldn't recommend it for heavily graveled areas or cobblestone sidewalks. It's not an all-terrain stroller. It absolutely works on those surfaces, but there are better options if you spend a lot of time on uneven terrain. My son, when we purchased, was only 1 but was already a 2T in clothing. He's now over 30 lbs and 3 feet tall at 2 and can still fit comfortably in the seat (when he's not running all over). I was also impressed with the conversion options available for different car seats. We had a Britax from 2018 and had no difficulty finding available conversion kits for under $30. Installing and removing that car seat was also just as smooth in the stroller as it was in a vehicle. I do not have a single complaint about this stroller and I am truly impressed with its quality, especially given it's super reasonable price.

1st stroller my 1 year old didn't immediately throw a fit in, she sat happy and comfortably while we got ready to leave, not a peep from her. I Love it soooo much smooth perfect turning radius wonderful canopy coverage and awesome seating positions. Omg AND THE SPACE you could fit at least half your grocery trip in there it's awesome. I did far too much research on strollers so I'll tell you right now just buy this one

Decent for Balancing Luxury & Affordability

Admittedly, I'm writing a review on a stroller that I haven't used with children yet but I do own it. We're expecting twins so this stroller had me excited because it cost less than an UPPAbaby Vista and City Select Lux but offered similar features. It was obviously designed to target people who want a luxury stroller at an affordable price. With that being said, it is easy to see why it is more affordable than the other two previously mentioned models. The biggest selling point for me was the 55-pound weight capacity for each seat. With two babies the same age growing together, I did not want seats with different weight capacities like the UPPABaby Vista. I wanted to get some miles out of the Qool so our kids can ride in it as long as possible. What I also liked was the huge canopy and the big storage basket. Some things I like that I noticed after putting it together (which was really easy) is that the Qool feels sturdy, which might be why it feels a bit on the heavy side. The leatherette handlebar is nice and comfortable. The canopy window is big and can be left open for ventilation. The wheels are solid, the extending handlebar is nice when needed, and the different recline positions are nice for keeping your baby comfortable. Some concerns I have are that this stroller is long with two seats installed! It looks and feels huge. I've only maneuvered it through my home, but it still feels big even though we have wide hallways and an open floor plan. Another concern I have is the seat legroom. I believe the City Select Lux has over 9 inches of legroom. The Qool has 7 ½ to 9 inches of legroom depending on the angle I use when measuring, so I will just stick with 7 ½ inches. When comparing photos to other strollers, the legroom is noticeable. Folding the Qool, in my opinion, is not that compact. Lastly, no rear shocks. I haven't pushed this stroller through anything but my house, however, I saw another review that the stroller may shake a lot when pushed on rough surfaces. These aren't necessarily concerns, but rather things to note. The seats do not fold. It's not a big deal if you use it with a single seat, but for double seat users, the front seat must be removed before folding and can't be reattached until the Qool is unfolded. The Qool doesn't stand after folded, it just lays flat on the ground. It also may be heavy and/or awkward to lift into a vehicle. I expect our SUV's bumper to get wrecked by this thing. The canopy is UV50+ but does not blackout the inside because the material is thin. I can see the 60 watt light from my ceiling fan through the canopy. Although temporary, the car seat adapters for Maxi-Cosi, Nuna, and Cybex have been delayed. The release date was March but is now unknown. We'll probably keep this stroller as long as the Nuna adapters are released in time. Getting miles out of this stroller is not as big a deal as I once thought it was. We'll transition to a double umbrella stroller at some point that can offer more leg room. If we switch strollers, We'll probably go with the City Select Lux.

Seat depth too small

Reviewed in the USA on 2021-09-05T17:00:00

When searching for a new stroller for our toddler and future kiddos I did hours of searching and comparing different brands. Hands down the joovy qool checked off every single item on my wish list (and then some). When we finally ordered it I was sooooo excited....... but after putting it together (which was very easy to do) we realized that the seat was not deep enough for our toddler (3 yo, 37lbs) to sit comfortably. We could probably make it work for a few months but he's not getting any smaller! I am so disappointed about this because in every other aspect it is perfect. For our family the toddler bench facing backwards would make our child motion sick so unfortunately that is not an option for us. Pros: sturdy, great quality/material, easy to assemble, easy to change positions, easy to fold flat (although a bit long), telescoping handle, big unpoppable wheels, easy to wash, stylish, huge bottom basket, easy to push, not too heavy, one handed recline, huge extendable canopy, mesh window, easy to steer, flip flop friendly brakes, so many seating options and configurations, good price point Only cons: depth of seat or alternatively a bench that allows forward facing. This stroller would be so great for smaller/younger kids or multiples!!

Terrible if you have a Nuna Pipa

I bought this for my son when he was newborn, expecting to convert it to a double in two years when we planed to have a second. However, now that my second child is here I have buyers remorse. The attachments for the Nuna Pipa are atrocious, don't work, and are unsafe. Furthermore, they don't work with the seat. I've included video. Lastly, due to how small the rumble seat is my son at 28 months old has already outgrown it. DO NOT BUY if you have a NUNA PIPA or you're taller and will have bigger kiddos. This was such a waste of money for me and my family.
