I'd be lost without these on Keto. I use them for so many different meals and they do not have that weird taste that most low carb tortillas do, either. Make pizzas, chips, wraps, tostadas. Very versatile and the price is amazing. Just need more to be stocked in stores because they are always sold out which is very disappointing.
Ok so.... these are pretty good! I started buying these for my adult daughter when she was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes due to lower carb content. Now, that she has moved out I still pick these up every once and while. I will admit that plain out of the package they are a bit like cardboard but.... they are good toasted a bit with cheaper and meat or even pizza toppings. We have also used them instead of hamburger buns when we were not in the mood for puffy buns.
Good flavor. Low carb. If you are on a low carb diet like myself and find yourself missing bread like crazy this is a great way to get your fix. Best of all it taste like bread not just a substitute. Just cut a pita in half. Open it up and make your favorite sandwich inside. I have used them to make sandwiches, hot dogs, hamburgers, meatball subs. Very versatile.
these are very tasty however they're very thin so you have to hold them and use them like a taco versus a pita. but even with holding it like a taco they were very tasty I would recommend I probably wouldn't buy them again because of that I mean if I wanted that then I could just buy low carb tortilla shells. but the taste is good.
On the same order when I received 2 dented cans, I just now noticed my pita bread is dated for TODAY! 99% of my shoppers have shopped like they're shopping for their own family-NOT this one!
Stupid me I bought 2 flavors, this one and the flour one. It's hard to believe but this one is even worse than the flour version. It has no flavor at all, not with sandwich stuff anyway. It was so terrible I am not going to try it plain. It's kind of gritty and you can not stuff this pita, it's way way too thin. When I pulled it open I could actually see through one side. The other side was slightly thicker but the thinner side just sort of fell apart. I ended up laying my sandwich items on top of it and eating it like an open faced sandwich. It was a disaster. What a mess and it didn't have any flavor. This stuff was a huge disappointment and it really ruined my sandwich expectations.
Shopper picked a item 2 days from expiration
I had been enjoying these at 5 net carbs but today when I looked at the nutritional information on the new packaging they are now 7 net carbs. I will no longer be purchasing these. Big disappointment Joseph's.
I received this is my pickup order today and it was moldy
