Recived this brow liner in dark brown. Packaging was very cute like all Julep products. I have black hair and this shade was perfect - not too light and not too dark. It was very easy to use and very precise. Took me just a few seconds to pencil in each brow which is great when I'm on the run. I received this product complimentary from Cohley in exchange for my honest review.
I love the smooth texture and the quality of the ink, it gives my brows a natural appearance and the gel helps keep the brows in place. Love this bow gel! As an older woman my eyebrows have many white hairs… the brow gel RSW the whites, looks super natural and stays on all day. Love it!
I have tried a lot of brow products in the last few years, and I accidentally came across Julep's Pencil and Gel - it was not recommended, as many I've tried have been. The pencil is so soft and effective, not leaving obvious pencil marks in my thin brows, and the gel smooths out the look for a very natural-appearing brow. Really a great product.
I have wispy eyebrows. I think I overplucked them as a tween and they never grew back right. Over the years I've tried tinting, pencils, gels - everything on the market. I finally discovered Brow 101 and it has everything I need to finally have fuller eyebrows. Brow 101 includes both a gel and a pencil - the gel to thicken and shape and the pencil to color in any bare spots. I'm thrilled with the results!
I love these products. About a year ago i took the plunge and submitted my first order. Fell in love with the products.
Goes on easy, stays in place. I love the brush AND pencil aspect, as my eyebrows are thinning at the ends and the brush won't work for that part.
This gel is good for darkening my brows. The pencil at the opposite end is good to touch up bare spots and the”tail” of my brows. The plastic case is starting to crack, so that is why I took off a star. I like the size of the applicator and pencil. It works well for me!
Colors are not 'real' on eye shadow - brown is very yellow once on. Did not like the eyebrow 'pencil' at all.
This is not a reproduction of the old Julep eyebrow pencil I have loved for years. It's got a much sharper point and the color is much too dark. Tossed it..
