Just5 is a wonderful phone for those of us who have difficulty hearing, seeing or operating the tiny phones so popular today. It is simple to use and since it is "unlocked" you can buy as many minutes as you want from whomever you choose. A great buy!
This is a good phone, very easy to read, used and loud. Able to do most of the phone function. (no photo, sorry) But one function is missing, and it is vibration alert.
My husband has low vision and has been unable to use a cell phone for some time now. He finally has the freedom to call friends and family any time he wants to since this phone is so easy to use. I chose the orange one since I felt the contrasting colors were a bit more defined in this color. I don't regret this purchase. The only thing I have concern about is the SOS button on the back. I am concerned he may accidentally press it but it hasn't happened yet. We're very, very happy with this phone. Buy one!
I ordered this and paid for expedited shipping because I needed it right away for my mother. When it arrived it had no SIM card! I was happy to use the SIM card for the carrier connected with Just5 but when I called the company, they said I had to order it. My beef in this is that this omission is not noted on the description of the product. If I had known it did not come with the SIM, I would not have ordered it. So, I went to the local Walmart and bought a Samsung phone for $15 with an ATT SIM card in it, bought $15 worth of minutes and my mother is doing just fine with it.
